“I was only given one talent and told that my check in was only 41 adult when it was , I wish that there were utensils available even if it was just a rent lock , the fact that there was a stove and size refrigerator! The front desk, gentlemen could have been a lot more welcoming.He seems to hate his job and his life.I don't know....”

“This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). This was a major frustration…”

“We enjoyed our stay. Place is clean and modern. The staff were great. The microwave went out and they were helpful offering a new room. I passed on the offer since we were exhausted from our travels. The next day another staff member let me know they were replacing the microwave. Amazing service! ”
