“We had an excellent stay! The room was pristine and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom even had heated floors. The TV supported Chromecast which is always a plus for us. Conveniently located and walkable to many areas like Gastown, the waterfront and downtown shopping. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful!”

“We always love staying at the Fairmont and have had great experiences in the past. This time, however, there seemed to be a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. Our room ended up having a city view and a regular shower instead of the harbour and mountain view with the hot tub that we were expecting. We still enjoyed our stay, but we definitely missed the view and amenities this time.”

The staff are exceptional in every aspect. It felt safe at all times! Starbucks in the lobby, Tim Hortons, right across the driveway entrance. Very convenient for Ubers and taxis.. loved this place”
