“The host is amazingly responsive to bookings, questions and issues. Further the host is incredibly understanding and beyond generous with provisions at the home. The home has updated appliances, the furniture is perfectly comfortable (including the bed) and everything is sparkling clean. That the home is on the waterfront provides a sense of serenity and peace that I’ve not found at most other rentals. Without reservation I highly recommend this experience and I will return again and again.”

“The house is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Everything is immaculate even the garden is perfect. I had run a marathon in the morning so we really appreciated the short walks to local shops and restaurants, and not to mention the nice private hot tub with bistro lights. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also worth mentioning, the host was welcoming and quick to respond to accommodate a request.”

“This is a great place to stay while in the Seattle area! Ililta is wonderful - she communicated with us quickly and the home was nice and clean. The lake views were stunning with sitings of eagles, geese, woodpeckers, hummingbirds and ducks. Very family- friendly with adequate space. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“It started with a glitch on Expedia app showing after I booked the hotel was called King Bed, which was incorrect. We called them and after many attempts found out it was Lake Washington Inn. The location was the absolute worst in the middle of massive road construction. We arrive at the front desk at 2:45pm and a girl at the desk said it would cost use $10 to check in early. Early? 15min? So we sat in our car for 12minutes. When we went back in at exactly 3:00 she had checked in someone else!...

“The location of the place is great and very convenient. I did have a few issues during my stay that I wanted to share as feedback. Parking was a bit challenging, so it would be helpful to have clearer instructions or information about parking options, especially for guests with SUVs or larger vehicles. There was also quite a bit of loud intimate noise coming from the neighboring room very early in the morning, which woke me up and made it difficult to fall back asleep as the noise...
