“We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. “I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! ”

“We had a family get together here for my son’s birthday so we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, big, and comfortable. The pool was comfortable (I get cold really easy in pools), so it wasn’t the warmest but I lasted an hour or so. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. ”
