Opened the door to the room and my wife and I felt like royalty, it was so nice. We give hands up for the shades that made it completely dark in the room so you can sleep and no smelly curtains. “We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. “clean hotel, quiet, convenient breakfast ”

“The only reason I got a room was so I could swim with my grandkids. The pool was freezing. We couldn't even be in it. I would never have picked that hotel if I knew that. Also, no hit tub. ”

“Service was great. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The bar and restaurant were closed down for the night and that’s why we stayed there for that reason. Very disappointing. ”

“I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay.”

Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept.
