On arrival in maputo we found the hotel was closed for refurbishment so there was no stay

Centrally located hotel

The hotel is in a wonderful location as Maputo goes! It is clean and modern. My only complaints are that the television had been damaged so all the channel and volume buttons had been ripped off (no remote) and wi-fi is really only available in the lobby.

モザンビークだからなぁ

1万強の宿泊費でこの程度なのか。。マプトだから仕方ないか。。他の国と比較しちゃうと不満が募っちゃうだよね。。 wi-fiは1時間40mt. メールを受信したら終わり。殆んど使えなかった。

Bad Service

On arrival even with our confirmation documents received from Hotels.com there was no booking done for us and according to Hotel Turismo they do not work through Hotels.com, they refuse to give us a room unless we pay them upfront in cash again as they have not received any payment from Hotels.com. We had a very bad experience. There food was absolutely not on standard either we will most certainly not make use of them again. We are still fighting to get our money back as we paid Hotels.com as well as Hotel Turismo. Absolutely disgusting.

Um hotel ruim pelo preço cobrado.

Ficamos no Hotel Turismo por 2 noites apenas. Ainda bem, porque mais que isso não iria dar certo. O quarto e banheiro eram sujos e fedidos (cheirando mofo).. O quarto estava cheio de manchas na parede, era mal iluminado e estava com algumas lâmpadas queimadas (a troca foi solicitada na recepção, mas não foi feita). No banheiro, o box tinha uma cortina de box velha, suja e cheia de limo que deixava a água do banho vazar pelo banheiro todo. Com relação ao serviço e ao café da manhã eles eram ok. Mas pelo preço cobrado, você pode encontrar outras opções de hotel pela cidade.

Manque de maintenance

Un bon hôtel bien placé mais qui manque d'une maintenance suffisante. Les installations se dégradent: ampoules manquantes, portes fermant mal, robinets qui fuient, douche que l'on ne peut fixer...

Not a good hotel

Nice people in general, but it is a very poor hotel. I needed to change my room 3 times because the AC was not working, than the shower and finally they gave me a room with no TV, phone or towels. No internet at all on any room. You can connect at the restaurant but it is incredibly slow.

The Hotel management need to put in more effort in getting the bathroom fixture in a good condition. The toilet seat in the bathroom was not bolted to the toilet. The toilet was situated to close to the wall that one can not seat comfortable on the toilet.

Downtown hotel

The hotel was situated nicely very near to the central market. The breakfast was also very nice. Internet cost extra and the connection was very bad. You either had to be in the lobby or restaurant. The standard of the room and hotel did not live up to the cost. Hotel prices are generally high in Maputo considering what you get.

Value for Money

Being on an economical side, the hotel provides good value for money. Restaurant on the 1st floor is a big highlight. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and well connected. I had a nice time.

Unprofessional staff, lousy customer care.

The hotel staff has not been able to retrieve my internet booking, although I had the printed confirmation with me. After 30' of waiting without being attended I decided to leave and look for another hotel. Very unprofessional, never again.

Marginally acceptable hotel.

There have got to be better things for the money. Staff was only somewhat helpful--and I do speak Portuguese. Wifi was down. Breakfast was good.

This was the worst experience ever, I had to leave the hotel and seek another one, even though I had paid for 2 nights in advance , but it was worth to leave

Good to sleep only

Firstly, even though they have blaring on all websites that they have internet available, while I was there, there was absolutely no internet. This was the worst thing that could happen to someone who is on a business trip and depends on the internet for his meetings and correspondences Secondly, the breakfast was nothing to write home about. Cheaper hotels do a much better job. This was the first hotel where (i) they would fry you "only one egg" (ii) no omelet; (iii) no chocolate;and (iv) only one sausage per guest. You are pretty much left with just bread and butter if you do not take coffee or tea or juice filled with ice. Thirdly, dont even bother getting there before 12noon because they will not check you in! So if you are coming from an arduous laborious voyage, and you arrive the hotel at 11.30am, you will still have to wait until 12noon! But be that as it may, the staff were cordial, they spoke good English which was fundamental for me because I cannot even pretend to speak Portuguese. The room was clean - but in need of renovation; and the location was prety central. In conclusion, it is a good place to stay if you are on vacation and/or are looking for a place to relax. But if you are on a business trip and have to have a good breakfast and high speed internet, be very prepared for the absence of internet. ...and oh I forgot to mention, I was also formed that when the internet does work, if is not free! So you might as well buy a Vodafone Modem.

Not for Tourists

First, the cleanliness of the hotel was fine, but that's teh only good thing about it. The hotel staff and customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered in all my years of travelling. The staff was rude, dispicable, unhelpful, and have no idea how to treat customers. Inquiries would be met with blak stares then followed by unhelpful, ridiculous comments. At first I was told they had no rooms even though I had an Expedia itinerary number and proof of booking. I had to insist that a call be made to Expedia and the manger be called.Very poor grasp of English, no help in getting a guide book to see what the city had to offer. They insisted on cash payment even before I checked in which was questionable given the high level of corruption and inadequate service industry that permeates this country. When I tried to checkout, the entire process was botched,I was overcharged and security closed the door and the hotel insisted I pay the overcharged rate. Very intimidating and scary. Seedy types humg out in front of the hotel and there was no parking. I had to bribe a "security guard" to ensure that my rental was not stolen. Whenever I leftthe hotel I was accosted for more money and more bribes. Not for the feint of heart. Horritble, horrible experience. This hotel should NOT be offered by Expedia as a viable option. Horrible experience I would suggest run in any other direction!

　モザンビーク入国時と出国前に利用しました。 　ホテルはビジネスホテル風シンプルですが、部屋はきれいで朝食もおいしかったです。 　値段も町の中心部にしてはリーゾナブルで、周辺にいろんな店があるので、便利でした。

The problem is that they did me pay again for the hotel and I payed it from expedia. I paid twice for the Hotel. In the rest was ok
