"We had 2 complaints about our stay. 1. The indoor pool is not heated but should be. Pool temperature was 72 degrees. Without the sun, it's never going to warm up. The room it was in was warm. 2. "Poor hospitality and rude check out, did not bother to wait for the breakfast. Bathroom tub was dirty and over all in need of completing renovation. Room AC was off and took forever to cool the entire unit, not the bathroom which we ebded up not showering! Beds mattress were very hard and noicy. ..."
