“Booked 2 family suites. They gave us one and we had to tell them to give us the suite we booked and changed rooms. Then we got to the rooms and no towels. Asked for 6 towels since there were 3 people staying in each room, and they only gave us 2 towels saying that they didn’t have enough so we had to share. There were stains on the bedsheets and floor. No shower curtains so water dripped everywhere”

“Do not stay here. Terrible experience. Not a single amenity works. No sauna no gym no pool nothing. No microwave. They charge for laundry. They don’t open the shop until 4pm. I tried to ask for utensils they the kitchen didn’t work. ”

“I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia. On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends.”

“The apartment itself was spacious and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to request towels, as there were none. Requested 4 bath towels for 4 people, but was only given 2 bath towels. I noticed the fridge in both places we rented in Saudi were unplugged upon arrival. Laundry machine does not really dry your clothes (it is a one in all, but not good at drying). They had one roll of toilet paper. They seem to still be renovating as there were wire outlets pulled from the walls (they...
