“The gardens were stunning. Nice place to sit outside on the deck. Convenient to have washing machine on site and large drying rack in yard. Living room was cozy with lots of seating. Kitchen was well equipped.”

“We had a lovely stay at Pohutukawa Farm. Pet friendly, though not fully enclosed but our wee dog loved it. Beautiful views, comfortable bedding, good kitchen facilities. Loved the outdoor bath under the stars. Would love to come back again. ”

“Bach was clean and tidy. There is no views but only a 30 second walk to beach so no problem there. Comfortable beds and loads of extra blankets. We stayed during the week so very peaceful and quiet. ”

“Amazing location with views in every direction. Modern home with everything you need. Lovely shower room and separate toilet. Enjoyed sitting on balcony, bbq dinner and watching the amazing night sky whilst listening to Kia and a kiwi. We drove down to town as it was a bit steep but worth driving around the area as it’s beautiful. Definitely recommend ”

“Stunning stay with family for a winter getaway. This property provided us with the most peaceful, idyllic location with everything that we needed. We found the beds very comfortable, and the shower was excellent (although we did run out of hot water after two 15min showers). We loved the use of the kayaks, too (yes, it was cold!) Overall, would highly recommend this place for a true Kiwiana experience.”
