“Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.”

“Walls of room were dirty. Room smelt stuffy and of mothballs. Bathroom stank of bleach and commercial toilet pellets. No bath mat and slippery tiles. AC wasn't working.
