MARATHON ANGLER'S RETREAT in Marathon è una struttura nuovissima con ogni comfort moderno e un caldo arredamento costiero! Situato proprio su un canale (a soli 15-20 minuti dall'acqua aperta) ha il suo molo privato (può ospitare fino a 45 'di barca su un molo 30'), stazione di pulizia del pesce, vasca idromassaggio e due kayak singoli! La loro è una spiaggia di quartiere in fondo alla strada e il negozio di alimentari è a malapena un minuto! Situato nel cuore di Marathon, MM50, ottimi ristoranti e attività sono a 5-10 minuti in auto!

La camera da letto principale si trova al piano superiore e dispone di un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, un bagno privato con cabina doccia e water closet. Inoltre al piano superiore ci sono due camere per gli ospiti che condividono un bagno sala. Uno è un re con TV a schermo piatto e l'altro ha letti a castello con un rotelle (doppia / piena / doppia), una TV a schermo piatto e una XBOX 360 con giochi! La camera degli ospiti al piano di sotto ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e il proprio bagno. Godrai di una splendida vista sul canale dal balcone del secondo piano e dai colori delle albe e dei tramonti!

Oltre alla vasca idromassaggio e kayak, Marathon Angler's Retreat ha un sacco di asciugamani da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio, giochi da spiaggia e giochi di ombrellone e da tavolo (oltre a una TV in ogni camera da letto e soggiorno, XBOX360 e giochi)! Godetevi grigliate (sia a carbonella che a gas) sul patio coperto al piano di sotto! C'è anche un ampio parcheggio per il rimorchio per le barche e per le auto (un parcheggio coperto per due persone e un'area parcheggio sul lato della Villa che può ospitare auto aggiuntive e un rimorchio per le barche)!

The Villas accetta animali domestici (approvazione della razza, 2 cani) con un deposito (in aggiunta all'assicurazione contro i danni acquistata al momento della prenotazione.

Family Memories Made!!!

We have stayed in many house rentals before, and none were as nice as this one. House was very well stocked with everything to make you feel at home, very clean and well maintained. The pool was a great size with patches of shade and sunlight throughout the day. The location was perfect with a 15 -20 minute boat ride to the ocean, a 2 minute drive to Publix and a few more minutes to Home Depot. Property Manager was amazing and answered our one question immediately. We made family memories to last a lifetime! We will be back!!

Great place

Clean, well stocked, dock was in great condition, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Best thing about this property is the foliage around the pool for privacy and shade and ample parking.Opportunities would be additional washcloths for the bathroom - each person only had one for the entire week and washing just 8 wash cloths is not efficient. Also the ‘neighbors’ across the canal were unfortunately train wrecks worth watching but their antics got old as the week went on. Thankfully the house blocked 99% of the music at night so they didn’t interrupt our sleep.

Great getaway

The pool was perfect for my boys! It is huge, not the small soaking pools most local places have. The vegetation makes it feel private. We enjoyed the daily visits from the lizards and crabs and the kids had fun fishing from the dock.

Great getaway home

We did enjoy the house, the pool and hot tub! The bedrooms on the street side are a little noisy with garbage pick up at 4:30 am and louder traffic. House location is perfect for the beach and groceries.

Great Place to Stay

Our stay in Marathon was great! Meredith was very easy to communicate with and the house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend to have the pool heated! It was perfect temperature for our kids - especially with the temperatures being cooler the days we were there.

Great place

Perfect for 2 families with teens! We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked along with laundry detergent and 8 beach towels. Each bathroom had plenty of towels and we never ran out of hot water. I would recommend more blankets and know that the beds are extremely firm

Awesome!

I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit the keys. Not only is it a great location, with a beautiful local beach but it’s an easy drive to all the other islands as well. Meredith was quick to respond and great to work with.The house had everything we needed and more! I’d stay here again no questions asked.

Paradise

Everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was great, easy access to groceries and restaurants. We cooked steaks one night and crab legs and shrimp 2 nights. Sombrero Beach was a short drive and was wonderful. We went to Bahia Honda State Park and Key West for other beaches. All were between 20 minutes and a little over an hour. We were a group of 8 and I did not hear one complaint about the accommodations or the area we stayed. Had manatees visit the dock and plenty of iguanas wandering around. I highly recommend this property.

Best vacation in the Keys so far

The house was exactly as we expected it based on the photos. Everything clean and well stocked with necessary items. Instructions were clear and helpful. Excellent communication with property manager. We loved the backyard with the pool and the dock. So convenient to tie off the boat after an awesome day on the water! Parking under the house in the shade is a huge plus considering the heat. Overall an A++++ rating! We had some great vacations in the keys before, but this house made our stay even better this time. Location is super convenient for shopping, dining and there's even a gym close by. We highly recommend it!

perfect location, easy access, spacious and well appointed.

We had a great time at this location. Everything we needed was there and Meredith was super responsive before and during our stay. The only gripe I had was the distance in the canals to get to open water, it takes about 30 minutes to get out to the Atlantic via Sombrero Beach. That obviously has nothing to do with the property itself, just the location.

Amazing!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful! The property manager was awesome! Definitely a great place to stay. It is a 5 min drive if thsr to a beautiful quite beach. Sombrero beach i believe. Their were 7 adults and we had plenety of room for us all. The one room had bunk beds and my 6ft adult child fit on the bottom bunk just fine. Definitely recommend!

This home has it all!

From our booking to our checkout, Meredith was prompt in answering any questions we had and the home has a beautiful pool, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed to feel at home! Close to the beach and grocery store was a huge plus so you’re not wasting time driving to get groceries or to get to the beach. We had a manatee come up to the dock and we got video and pics that was a highlight to see those beautiful creatures in their habitat. We would love to come back and stay here when we visit again! Thank you for the memories!

Great place! We had 8-10 people staying for the week. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds, beautiful pool & hot tub, landscaping and close to everything! Plenty of parking if needed. Looking forward to another visit

One of the best stays ever

This house was very clean and everything was just as it was stated in the listing. The kayaks were fun, the hot tub was great and the pool was lots of fun and super warm. The location is great too within a couple miles from everything, 1.5 miles from the beach and a little over an hour to Key West. It's a great area to explore with great restaurants and lots to do for families. The hosts were great, easy to communicate with and answered quickly. Thanks so much!

Say yes to this property

This house was in a great location, the property was exactly how it looked in the listing. We used the pool daily, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrella. The dock area was nice for spotting manatee, fish, birds & to launch kayaks. Our neighbor caught many fish on the dock as well. We used the blender to make drinks and the beds were very comfortable. The are was great with many restaurants close by, the turtle hospital, fishing charters, snorkeled at Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda. Both beaches were clean and relaxing. The location is only 1 hour to Key West and a short 30-40min to Islamorada where we took the night boat tour from Robbies which was amazing, a must do. Such great sunsets and beautiful star filled night skies. The management company was very responsive multiple times we had questions or things to bring to their attention and she got back to us immediately. A great family vacation.

Great place for fishing
