Unità a Duck Key vicino al più grande resort delle Florida Keys! Situato vicino a negozi, ristoranti, salumeria, negozio di esche e attrezzi, banca, gioielleria e molto altro. Due porti turistici che è possibile utilizzare, noleggio di moto d'acqua, kayak, barche a vela, snorkeling e battute di pesca. Hai accesso al Golfo o all'Oceano Atlantico. Dock con stazione di pulizia del pesce. A pochi minuti da Marathon, Isla Morada, Bahia Honda Recreational Beach, Sombrero Beach e solo 1 ora da Key West.

Unità A - Questa bella casa può ospitare comodamente fino a sei persone ed è completamente arredata.

Master camera da letto ha un letto king-size con un televisore a schermo piatto LCD. Le grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro danno accesso al balcone adiacente con vista sulle piscine e sul canale verde smeraldo. L'ampio bagno padronale vanta una cabina armadio con ampio spazio per la conservazione.

La camera da letto n. 2 ha un letto matrimoniale con armadio e televisione privata.

Camera da letto # 3 ha un letto full-size con armadio e televisione privata.

Il soggiorno ha un centro di intrattenimento. La bella cucina / sala colazione ha tutti i comfort. Il barbecue nel cortile e l'ampia terrazza della piscina rendono le aree prendisole eccellenti. La struttura dispone di due porti turistici che è possibile utilizzare o portare la propria barca. Puoi ormeggiare la tua barca direttamente nel molo di cemento di 92 piedi del cortile senza costi aggiuntivi. Puoi pescare dal tuo cortile. Basta portare le tue canne!

Summer 2025

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we absolutely love it!! Location is great, the canal is great for fishing, swimming and relaxing. Pool and patio dock area is perfect. Plenty of room for everything and everyone. House is clean and well stocked for all your needs. Looking forward to staying again! The host is amazing as well.

Book this one!

This place is excellent for the money and what all it offers! Location is ideal, you’ll be in the middle of the keys so driving from place to place is a breeze. Next the pictures do not do this house justice. The place is just lovely with plenty of room, that is clean and tastefully decorated. From fishing off the dock, to playing in the pool, to ease of access parking. Book this one for your dream Florida Keys vacation!

Great Spot

This property was exactly as described. Great location and outdoor space with the pool and tiki huts. Canal access was great, we enjoyed watching the fish but the fishing was tough. The house was nice on the inside and really quite spacious. It was great for a big family as there is a roll-away bed and a pullout couch. The nitpicks I have were that the place needs a day or two with a handyman. Front door knob was loose and hard to turn, fridge handle was lose at the bottom and hard to use, ice maker worked but has random issues, microwave seemed on its last leg. Also several switches/lights did not seem to work. Location was great and the outdoor space was awesome. Would stay here again.

Multi family getaway

Cute, cozy duplex and since we rented both sides due to amt of people, we had the pool and dock for fishing all to ourselves. Be aware that if you rent only one side you may potentially have to share the common areas(pool/dock). Definetly recommend.

Nice place

It's a lovely home, but please note that it is a duplex, which means you'll be sharing the pool area with the tenants in the other unit. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear much of what is happening next door. However, the neighborhood is tranquil, making it a good option if you're looking for peace and quiet. Keep in mind that there isn't much to do nearby; everything is about a 20-30-minute drive away.I’m not sure if the advertisement mentioned this, but check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 9 AM. We initially planned to rent for 5 nights and 5 days, but in reality, it's 5 nights and 4 days. This didn't affect us much since we left a day early and moved elsewhere due to the lack of activities. We found it too dull here and decided to continue our journey.

Family Time

My husband and I booked this stay with my brother and his wife. My family joined us for a 4 day stay here before we went to our next destination. We are on a month long trip in different locations in Florida. This stay was especially nice since we were with family and had the opportunity to enjoy fishing and boating. The accommodations were perfect. We chartered a fishing boat and were able to enjoy our catch for dinner the same night. The grill was an unexpected bonus; we prepared our entire meal on the grill. Pool was amazing. The marina was within walking distance so the next day we rented a boat and beached along a sand bar for several hours; snorkeling and swimming were fantastic. Highly recommend. Would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Wonderfull property

I was quite surprised with the property. The screened in back porch was a nice touch.As well as your own tiki bar by the pool The floor plan to the house is nice and open. Plenty of towels and even beach towels for the pool. I will stay there again if I get a chance.

Vacation with family

This was a very nice duplex house with everything you need for a nice stay. It was clean and very nice neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to make meals in with your group. We loved the heated swimming pool and it was right beside the deck off the canal. There were lots of fish in the canal to look at. The hosts were great with communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Christmas Vacation

This was a comfortable, spacious, rental for our family of four. We loved having our morning coffee out by the water & a night swim in the heated pool! Our only complaint…the walls are thin & our neighbors snoring kept us up at night.

Paradise Home Away From Home

i have had the privilege to stay five Times Feels like home away from home my husband and I enjoy the peacefulness as well as meeting New neighbors that are renters From all around the world It is close enough to go to Key West for the day and come back before night time since I don’t like to drive Highway one at night I cook fresh fish and shrimp every night instead of going out to dinner We hope to return next year instead of staying at accommodations at the resort
