Unit in Duck Key accanto al più grande resort delle Florida Keys! Situato vicino a negozi, ristoranti, negozi di specialità gastronomiche, negozi di esche e attrezzature, banche, gioiellerie e molto altro. Due porti turistici che è possibile utilizzare, noleggio di moto d'acqua, kayak, barche a vela, snorkeling e battute di pesca. Hai accesso al Golfo o all'Oceano Atlantico. Dock con stazione di pulizia del pesce. A pochi minuti da Marathon, Isla Morada, Bahia Honda Recreational Beach, Sombrero Beach e solo 1 ora da Key West.

L'unità può ospitare comodamente fino a sei persone e sono completamente decorate. Master camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e camera da letto # 2 con due letti full-size. Grande cucina / sala colazione che conduce nella bellissima sala da pranzo con vista sul patio e piscina! BBQ del cortile e 90 piedi di spazio del bacino sul canale.

La proprietà ha due porti turistici che puoi usare. Porta la tua barca!Puoi attraccare la tua barca direttamente nel tuo cortile sul molo privato di cemento di 90 piedi. Puoi pescare dal tuo giardino. Porta le tue canne !!

Our house was cute and exactly as listed. We really enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was clean and updated. The location was great for the middle keys, as it was private and on a quiet dead end road. Easy to get to restaurants and beaches on Marathon and also about an hour and 20 min drive to Key West. Communication with the property manager/owner was very easy, as Mari got back with me promptly whenever I needed info, and also to extend our stay. The only couple things to mention are, in the second bedroom closet, there are several running units (AC blower and maybe hot water heater) and are very loud, especially when turning on and off. Any light sleepers should bring a sound machine. Also, although I understand why they are there with rental properties, there are several cameras outside around the rental and on the rental next door.(which is part of the property management company, it seems) that also point at the pool. Again, I understand why they need to be there for security purposes, and I could tell they are monitored closely, but it felt uncomfortable at times, especially with a young teenage daughter. However, overall, this was a great property to stay at and I would recommend it with its amenities and location!

Truly a great stay. Perfect location. Pool is great, shared backyard with another unit but we didn’t have any problems with that. Great set up for us traveling with two kids. The kitchen could have used some more items (plastic cups to use in pool, baking sheets or pans, kid friendly plates, etc) and the grill did not work but those minor issues were overshadowed by a lovely little place. We would rebook!

Everything we needed as a family of 4 was there. My 5 year old was excited about the pool and having our boat in the water ready to go. My 15 year old wasn’t happy about having to share a room with his little brother until he saw that there were two beds in the room. Putting the boat in at Hawks Cay Marina was a breeze. I would rent again.

Enjoyed a wonderful experience! House is so comfortable with excellent views of yard and pool and perfectly setup kitchen. Yard is beautifully setup and layout with pool and everything. Dock is nice having. Everything worked out perfectly, from start to the stay! communications with Owners very pleasing. Definitely 5Star.

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at this property (with a 22' boat). The fact that we keep coming back speaks for itself! Excellent and well-maintained dock space, swimming pool, appliances, fixtures, etc. The owner is easy to reach but leaves us to enjoy our stay uninterrupted.

Secret paradise on Duck Key. Adorable accommodations, sparkling pool, boats docked just steps from the unit. No stairs to climb and lug all your gear upstairs. The duplex is immaculately clean and can be rented as a 4br, 4bath or 2/2. Great for families or couples. Everything is in kitchen to make big family meals or Hawk’s Cay is around the block for dinner. There is a convenient boat ramp at the resort to launch from.

Fishing Trip

The property was exactly as advertised, and suited our needs very well. We really enjoyed the location, from a boating/fishing perspective, as it was a short ride to the reef and the gulf stream beyond. We would strongly consider renting this unit again in the future.

It was an okay stay

Overall, the rental was good. Nice area for morning walks. It’s a smaller place and is full of furniture, which makes it feel a bit cramped in the living area. Beds were comfortable and bathroom updates were nice. Outdoor space is nice but furniture is looking tired and ready for updates. The pool is lovely. Luckily for us, the neighbors were never there. So, we had it all to ourselves.

Nice property, the outside is nicely set up and the pool was perfect. Overall we enjoyed the stay. There’s one glaring exception that we found off putting. When we arrived the house had not yet been cleaned. This was communicated to the property manager & they were responsive. However the unit wasn’t finished until 5 hours after check in. This in turn meant we had to venture out a 2nd time for another meal even though we had everything with us to make dinner. I’m reasonably certain that if we’d checked out 5 hours late, we would’ve been billed but no credit or any type of consideration was offered.

Location was the shining star of this VRBO. Directly on the canal with boat dock. Listing doesn’t show pics of updated boat dock, it was nicely done and has a fish cutting area. Shared pool not an issue. Two groups during our stay shared the pool.
