Key West 45 min a sud, Islamorada 30 min a nord. Sei veramente nel cuore della Repubblica della Conchiglia. Camera matrimoniale di lusso e suite Queen entrambe con bagno interno. Terza camera da letto con letto a castello e divano letto con bagno privato completo. TV a schermo piatto di grandi dimensioni, via cavo, WiFi. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Ascensore privato. Il tuo TOP TERRACE TETTO DI 600 piedi quadrati con barbecue, bar / tavolo in cemento e mobili da salotto. Divertiti nel rilassante ROOF - TOP con un bicchiere di vino a guardare il SUN-SET mentre passano yacht di lusso. Ci sono anche due balconi con mobili da salotto perfetti per il tuo tranquillo caffè mattutino, lettura o sonnellini. Questo posto è bellissimo e privato con solo 14 unità in totale. Il piano terra ha un parcheggio coperto. Piscina comunitaria. La piscina riscaldata si affaccia sull'oceano. È disponibile un molo per barche # 3 (non siamo responsabili per la tua barca) con fruste da ormeggio per tenere la barca lontano dagli accatastamenti. This is a nice spot

Great views, clean and comfortable. Especially liked the elevator. Only downside was the stovetop was difficult to control. It was either barely on or full blastThe property manager was awesome. One of the a/c units was having trouble keeping up. So he came by and put in a temporary unit that solved the issue

Marathon gulf side

Unit was very clean. Amenities were included , just needed to buy our groceries. One thing to mention that all units share the pool and our unit was one of the farther units from pool area . Good to know if you are expecting to have kids with you utilizing the pool all day. Nice dock and gulf view.

Beautiful and clean

We stayed here for a week (party of seven). The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop deck, with excellent views. It was a short walk to the pool, which was heated and very lovely for cool days. The manager replied immediately to questions I had about the property. Three bathrooms were just enough. There is currently two beds (not three, as pictured) in the third bedroom. We did have to use the pull out bed in the living room instead. Nice location and convenient to everything. The elevator was a huge plus!

Defective refrigerator caused flood in the middle of the night

In this townhome, the kitchen is located above the bedroom. At 4 AM water poured from the ceiling due to a defective refrigerator. Spent a couple hours placing empty trash cans and towels on the floor then into dryer so we could reuse them. Turned off refrigerator which partially solved the problem. Needless to say it was a terrible experience.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Marathon. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Even though there were a couple rough days because of Hurricane Ian, we enjoyed every minute. Perfect location between Islamorada and Key West. Looking forward to coming back next year.

My experience

The house was great. Perfect location, only thing it stated private dock and pool. You shared this will 13 other houses. But other than that I would definitely stay there again. Check in process was very easy.

Great house and amenities

Ed, the property manager, made everything about our stay enjoyable! Easy check in, quickly answered any questions that came up, and easy check out. The house is centrally located and that it very easy to get around the island and down to Key West. Beautifully decorated and very well stocked with large beach towels and kitchen items. Just a warning if you have a smaller boat (ours is a 17 foot). The dock sits at Vaca Cut and has very strong currents. It was impossible for us to leave our boat at the dock. We had put in and take out daily at a public ramp (1/4 Mike away). Thankfully the Public ramp was close, but it was an inconvenience putting in and taking out every single day.

Marathon Key Fall Getaway

This a a lovely, clean, and spacious property. It is fully appointed with everything a vacationer would need. Our favorite spot was the rooftop deck with its wonderful views and spectacular sunsets. It was a great spot to have a snack or a glass of wine and just enjoy the view. The unit is conveniently located near restaurants, attractions, and local beaches. We had a delightful experience in the Keys. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Home away from home!

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Incredibly responsive property manager. My husband and I didn't want to leave. All the details were there - more than we could have expected. We will be back next year!
