The third level of the home offers three well-appointed bedrooms, including one with a dedicated workstation for work or study. Another bedroom features a queen bed, and the third is perfect for kids or extra guests with a bunk bed setup. A full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience for guests, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and refresh. Whether you're working, resting, or spending time together, this level provides the perfect balance of comfort and functionality.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats.
