Immagina di svegliarti ogni mattina della tua vacanza in un'incredibile vista dell'acqua come questa. Questa villa 4/3 a Marathon, FL. È un'unità più nuova che è stata decorata professionalmente. L'unità vanta un ampio layout di dimensioni familiari 1800 piedi quadrati con una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, granito in cucina e bagni. La camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno privato con doppi lavandini. Questa casa ha 1 letto king size e 3 letti queen-size. Abbiamo anche un materasso ad aria queen per il vostro uso. Tutti i letti sono in schiuma di memoria con eccezione per il materasso ad aria. All'esterno troverete la vostra piscina privata e una zona salotto ombreggiata tiki per la famiglia per rilassarsi mentre li guardi pescare per la cena dal dock 30 'o nuotare nella piscina privata. Porta il tuo pescato del giorno a casa e cucinalo sul grill a gas per barbecue incluso o portalo in uno dei ristoranti vicini. Inclusi nel noleggio ci sono due kayak in tandem, due tavole da paddle insieme a 4 biciclette per adulti che possono essere portati a Sombrero Beach dove puoi goderti la sabbia e il sole senza nemmeno salire sulla tua auto sulla pista ciclabile. Il viaggio dura circa 5 minuti. Abbiamo alcune sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni da portare in spiaggia.

We couldn’t have picked a better vacation house in Marathon. It was super clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and had so many amenities! We loved having use of the pool, tiki hut, hammock, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing poles. The canal is beautiful, and it was so nice to just sit out in backyard and relax. There’s plenty of great restaurants and things to do nearby. Key West is just an hour drive. We never got bored or ran out of things to do! The owners are very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better trip!

Great house with plenty of room to spread out! The master bedroom is so spacious! The house is fully stocked with everything you would need. The kids loved the pool and all the water activities. They do charge for parking at sombrero beach now which was a bummer. They also close the gates right after sundown so be sure to get off the beach on time. Other than it was a wonderful location.

This home made our stay in the FL Keys over the top! The checkin/out process was simple, communication with the owner was very responsive, and the amenities & perks available were beyond expectation! We had 6 people in our family and all had comfortable accommodations and plenty of room for the 5+ days we were there. We spent serval days hanging around the house and didn’t feel pressured to have to be on the go or eat out for every meal. The neighborhood is quiet, laid back and safe.

Blue Breeze is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and is loaded with extras. Super people to deal with. They even brought around bagels and cream cheese on morning. Hope we can return in the future.

Our family of 6 adults and two children (ages 3 and 4) thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay. We had plenty of room. The deck off the living room was perfect play spot for the kids and a relaxing spot to read and visit. We took advantage of the paddle boards, kayaks, and swimming pool, while eating several group dinners at the large dining table under the deck. Dennis was highly responsive to emails and the check-in/check-out instructions were easy to follow. The property is close to a small beach (where we launched the kayak), two grocery stores, many other shops, and a host of places to eat. Activities such as the Dolphin Research Center and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters were a few minutes drive. The fish cleaning station was a real plus. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends and would definitely rebook it.

Can't say enough about this property. The house and grounds were spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated, in like-new condition, and the area is fantastic. The owners were the best we've ever worked with, no comparison. Our whole group didn't want to leave, and we plan to make this an annual trip.

WOW!!! This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in. Our group of 7 people was multi-generational and Blue Breeze knocked it out of the park on amenities and comfort. The kitchen was well stocked with thoughtful extras (aluminum foil, zip lock bags, Tupperware containers, spices/seasonings). The house layout made it very easy for everyone to have their own space, as well as plenty of common areas to share meals, play games, visit, and enjoy a relaxing time as a family. The outside area was extremely serene and peaceful. The availability of outdoor seating made it nice for everyone to find a space that they loved. We loved playing in the pool, relaxing under the tiki hut, and lounging in the hammock. We used the kayaks and paddleboards almost every day that we were there. The easy access to the canal from the dock made our kayak loving family very happy. We kayaked over to Sombrero Beach several times and we were blown away by the beauty of the area. Blue Breeze had everything you could think of for a relaxing stay! It was commented several times that we all felt like we were staying at our very own resort. We are already checking the calendar to make a return trip!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Marathon, Blue Breeze is the place for you! Our family consisted of 6 adults & a 9 month old (had a port-a-crib, highchair & blow up water toys.) When we arrived, we were very excited with the accommodations. Everything looked new & it was all ready for us to enjoy. Anything you could think you need...it was there! The kitchen had pretty much anything you would need to cook whatever you want (including 2 blenders for those slushy drinks). Family room & patio was perfect for us! (We did miss some throw blankets to snuggle with at night when we watched tv) The bedrooms were all decently sized with nice, big, comfortable beds & pillows. The outdoor pool area was absolutely fabulous & we spent most of our free time here. Swam, played cards on the large table & cooked out on the grill. There are plenty of umbrellas for shade & a tiki shaded sitting area too. Loved the refrigerator by pool too. (Remember to bring your portable speaker) Our kids tried out the bikes & took the kayaks to the beach. Let's just say they were glad to get back home & jump in the pool. Fyi it took them about 40 minutes to get to beach. It was so nice that all the recreational toys were provided. They even brought over new fishing pools. (caught 3 fish & a crab) Isabel Collazo the owner was absolutely fabulous. From the personal touches to have a Christmas tree up for us! Isabel is so responsive! She immediately responded to all of my texts & was very pleasant to work with! I highly recommend this property. You will enjoy every second of your stay! One side note: There are tons of stairs and the lower level bathroom has a bathtub not a walk-in shower.
