Questa bellissima villa è stata costruita nel 2017, rendendola una delle case più nuove e moderne delle Florida Keys. Numerose sono le qualità che rendono questa villa un luogo ideale da chiamare casa per i tuoi viaggi, come: posizione, servizi, comfort e stile.

Marathon, Florida, è al centro di tutta la bellezza e l'azione di ciò che le Florida Keys hanno da offrire. Molte famose attrazioni sono a pochi minuti! Ci sono molti ristoranti premiati e molto apprezzati su Tripadvisor a breve distanza a piedi o in auto. Sombrero Beach è una spiaggia pubblica che offre parcheggio gratuito, grigliate all'aperto, area di lancio del kayak, beach volley, area giochi per bambini e servizi igienici pubblici. A pochi passi a piedi o in bicicletta da casa nostra: Supermercato Publix, KMart, McDonalds, Walgreens, USPS, UPS e Gelateria per citarne solo alcuni.

Il nostro ampio molo di 40 piedi offre ai nostri ospiti la possibilità di portare le loro barche, moto d'acqua e waverunner, o di essere in grado di noleggiarli localmente e di accedervi facilmente direttamente da casa. Il dock contiene articoli per il lavaggio come un tubo flessibile e una presa elettrica, il tutto per comodità dei nostri ospiti. E il modo migliore per godersi una bella giornata di sole che con un tuffo in piscina. La nostra piscina offre una panca per due persone con un getto d'acqua e una luce a LED per creare l'atmosfera notturna perfetta. E ora, puoi goderti la piscina durante la stagione invernale con il nostro scaldacqua per piscina appena installato!

Questa casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Asciugamani da spiaggia, doccia e viso sono inclusi nel soggiorno. Shampoo di avviamento, balsamo, saponi e gel doccia sono collocati in ogni bagno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, utensili, piatti da portata, piatti grandi, insalate, ciotole, tazze, bicchieri di vetro, bicchieri da vino e molto altro.

Paradise

The home is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had all the cookware and items we needed. The pool was beautiful and the home is on a canal which was nice to fish off the dock. We were able to manatees swimming in the canal. The house was in a great location with a grocery store nearby. The owner was very quick to respond to text messages. We had a great week and would stay here again.

Well appointed with a great location

We are on our way home and are already looking for dates for next year. We took our 3 grown children, their spouses, and 1 grandbaby for the week. The property had everything we needed (and even stuff we didn’t know we needed). The pool is on the smaller side but plenty of room for us all to stay cool. An hour from Key West, or Key Largo and super close to grocery stores, the beach, and restaurants. Our host was very quick to answer any questions we had. The kids loved havthe bikes and kayaks, to go off and explore and we really enjoyed the manatees that visited regularly.

Beautiful Keys Property

Thank you so much to Elizabeth and team for our fantastic stay at Keys Ohana. The experience was beyond our expectations! The house is more beautiful than the photos let on. The setup of the house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children - we had room to spare. The pool was perfect and heated in the spring months. We saw manatees off the dock and also rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days and docked it right there. Elizabeth was quickly responsive to our questions. We cannot wait to come back!

Dear Old Friends Trip

A group of 7 friends for over 50 years. This place was wonderful. Absolutely everything we needed was available for our use. The pool was a happy favorite!! The home was clean, modern and beautiful. Family Vacation - Best Week!

We had the best time in Marathon! The house was exactly what we needed for 6 adults, 1 toddler, & 1 infant. Location was perfect - 5 mins from the beach & right next to Publix/stores you might need to run to quick! We loved spending our mornings on the deck before the beach & then coming home for lunch to relax by the pool the rest of the day. Communication with the home owner was great - we had a couple questions come up through the week & they were quick to respond and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation in the Keys!

The house was very modern with a lot of upgrades that made for a comfortable stay. It was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed using the pool, kayaks, as well as the dock (we rented a boat). The location is ideal, very close to the grocery store and only a few minute drive to Sombrero Beach. We highly recommend this house!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Amazing home to spend your next family vacation! The location was perfect to walk to the grocery store along with the beach - bike too. We loved spending time in the pool and hanging out watching tv outside.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Clean and shiny from top to bottom. The decorating made every day feel like you were in paradise. Plus, the location to stay in the keys was perfect. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family. Great Place for the Family

This place was great to bring my family to. The pool was definitely the highlight for the family, and the dock made fishing with the kids a fun easy experience. The pictures were spot on also, everything looked just like advertised. I will definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to bring your family for a vacation.

The house was immaculate. Not only was it the cleanest house I’ve rented, but it was full of everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was overstocked with dishes, cups, utensils, etc. I would definitely stay here again and would also recommend anyone else to stay here.

Amazing spot, beautiful home, pictures do not do it justice This place is breathtaking from the views to the place!! The pool is amazing!! It’s a 20 minute ride to the ocean but the views are breathtaking! Great spot will definitely stay there again!

Great Vacation!!

Our stay here was beyond great! We brought the boat and kept it at the homes dock. We went fishing, diving and relaxing at a sandbar! The house is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The swimming pool and patio area under the home is really nice! Our oldest son’s car battery was dead on departure day and I had no tools. Arty had tools and he cleaned the terminals and we jumped his car. This was really nice of Arty! Thank you! In my fifty some years of life our vacation at this home in Marathon is a top two favorite! Thank you Elizabeth!

Perfect Getaway

We go to the Keys every year and this was our first time at this house. Everything was perfect - location, rooms, bathrooms, pool… you name it. If you’re looking at the Keys for the first time, stay in Marathon and stay here. You’re a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to multiple grocery stores. Dock access. Close to Sombrero Beach and several great restaurants. 1-hour to Key West or 1-hour back to Key Largo. We visited all the Keys, as always, but really loved our time hanging out in the outdoor area, listening to music, and playing in the pool. Fully recommend staying here.

We didn't realize the property was a duplex, but that was absolutely no issue. There is ample parking. The pool area is perfect. We were very comfortable and would definitely book here again. Any time we reached out, the response was quick and helpful.

Beautiful house and pool

The house was beautiful and had a great layout with one bedroom and bath on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The pool area was perfection - covered area with table for eating and hanging out when not in the pool. The dock was fun for fishing and we used the kayaks daily. Location was right between the main road and the beach. Publix, Walgreens and Winn Dixie within walking distance. Great vacation!!
