The Space

Step into Mellow Marlin, a brand-new Waterfront Suite designed for relaxed luxury and effortless coastal living. The deluxe master bedroom features a plush king bed with premium bedding, a 42” Smart TV with cable, and thoughtful touches like complimentary bathrobes and slippers for a true boutique-hotel feel.

The luxe bathroom is bright and spa-inspired, offering a spacious custom-tiled walk-in shower, a large vanity, and upscale toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion, along with complimentary shaving, dental, and grooming kits. There are plenty of luxury bath towels that are refreshed daily/upon request.

The stylish living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa that opens up to an extra bed option, a 42” Smart TV with cable, and two full-size sliding glass doors with waterfront views and access to boat slips. The space is decorated with bright, modern coastal décor.

The full gourmet kitchen includes a marble island with dining space and appliances such as a full sized refrigerator & microwave and compact oven/stove & dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dinnerware, silverware, cookware, glassware, and utensils, along with a coffee bar with Keurig, K-cups, sugar, and creamer.
