Direct access to Coco Plum beach provides over a mile of walkable beachfront. Condo beach raked daily. Cooler and beach/pool towels in condo. Beach chairs (under condo) available for use, must be put back after use.

CPBV does not have boat or boat trailer storage on site. If you're bringing your own boat down please arrange for storage. For storage options see our "Activities and Attractions" Page located from the "Local Area Guide" Menu at the top of the page. Boat rentals, snorkeling trips, or kayak rentals are available locally and there are many options to choose from.

Property does not have any dockage. There is no trailer parking at the condo. Under condo parking spaces are reserved for owners. No rvs, campers, trailers or motorhomes. Plenty of parking in front of the condo and toward the street.

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
