“Diese Unterkunft ist in absolutes Kleinod inmitten einer phantastischen Landschaft! Das Team der Eigentümerin Shahanaz und sie selbst geben einem sofort das Gefühl, total willkommen zu sein und der Service ist konstant überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der Ort selbst ist wirklich einzigartig: Das Grundstück ist derart weitläufig, dass es einem vorkommt wie ein Urwald im Urwald. Nur dass man sich hier im Unterschied zur absolut geschützten Landschaft nebenan hier tagsüber frei bewegen darf....

“Superb hotel in every way. Location is great - 1 minute from bus stop, about 3 to Charing Cross, an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, food & shops. Attentiveness of staff & attention to detail is second to none - they even provided locally sourced cookies at the tea station in the room. Bed is possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Linens, room & bathroon are all immaculately clean. Shower is hot and has excellent pressure. Breakfast is outstanding. ”

“The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The service was just ok. The property belongs to an old couple. Their breakfast starts at 8.30am which is late for us travellers. Though it was already included in the package i had to leave the hotel without breakfast as i left at 8am. The owner had proposed that at 7.30am he could provide us with bread, butter and jam. The staff member kindly lent me the office phone so I could call Hotels.com for assistance in finding a new place - it was a busy holiday weekend so Ooty was almost full except for the last expensive places; after 1h40 on the phone they found me a different hotel.”
