We welcome you to our cozy andalucian style holiday apartment within a few minutes stroll of several restaurants & bistros in Centro Plaza and Aloha. It is only a 15-minute walk to Puerto Banus and beaches on either side of Puerto Banus that goes all the way from Marbella to San Pedro.
The property is located very close to Golf Valley with some of the best golf courses such as: Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha & Dame de Noche within 5-10 minutes drive.

About the apartment:
This spacious ground floor Andalucian style apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and 2 bathrooms, with up to 4 bedrooms and a large terrace. It is located in the fantastic La Maestranza complex in the heart of Nueva Andalucia.
Each bedroom has a large bathroom. There is a private terrace leading from the large living area. The kitchen is equipped with all the electrical appliances you may need, including washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster and etc. Air conditioning and heating as well as ceiling fan are also available separately for each room.

Local amenities:
Mercadona, a well-stocked supermarket, as well as bank and pharmacy are just outside of the complex. Only 4 min walk to Centro plaza which offers a variety of Cafes & Restaurants and the very popular Saturday market. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in the Aloha area within 5 minutes' walk.
Every Saturday morning, there is a very popular street market at Centro Plaza where you can pick up all kinds of bargains.

About complex:
There are 3 swimming pools, one large and one heated (enabling you to enjoy swimming all year round) and one kid's pool. The complex is completely secure and gated with a 24 hour security. The complex has beautiful garden, seating place, sun beds, toilets and showers. Lifeguard is available from June to September.

To sum up, La Maestranza is a famous complex suited for both families and couples and is located in one of the best area of Marbella region as it is close to everything you wish. Having a car is really not necessary if you choose to live here.

About Puerto Banus:
Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, before reaching the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. This is the place to be pampered yacht side and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.

Puerto Banus features a casino, commercial shopping center, a Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory. Nightlife buzzes in Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper's dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques. There are regular boat trips available on a regular basis from the central promenade

Buen apartamento

El apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Todo como se indica en el anuncio y urbanización muy agradable con 2 zonas de piscina. Recomendable y cerca del puerto para dar un paseo. Volveríamos sin duda.

A good place to stay

A secure, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and generally clean apartment. The community areas are pleasant and kept very clean. The pool is a good size with a lot of poolside chairs available. The only real downside is the size of the parking space which is only usable by a small car. This was remedied to some extent by using a space of another apartment who the owners manager knew was vacant. Anyone with any experience of Spanish underground parking will know that spaces can be very random in size. On street parking was ok as its one way and quite wide. The sidewalks aren't particularly clean. Not the owners fault. Communication with Ayda at all times was swift and correct, lovely to do business with. Our stay at Puerto Banus was to watch my daughter in an "half ironman" event. I would not have normally chosen to stay in this location and have only ever been to the Saturday market. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a bus service into the port, which given the hill to walk over is perhaps as well. Parking can be expensive in the port so be aware. Don't use the one atthe East side seafront @ 10c per minute it really is expensive. Overall a very good stay and one I could recommend.

Lovely apartment

Apartment was in excellent condition and in a good location for shops and restaurants. We appreciated the early check in and all information provided. Ayda was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely property for a family holiday

Just returned home from a three-week stay (May 26 to June 16, 2018) at La Maestranza which is in an ideal location to walk into Puerto Banus, although it is steep over a short distance. The daily stroll down to the port kept us fit as did the large swimming pool which during our time there was relatively peaceful. The complex is well-serviced by the surrounding three supermarkets and plentiful restaurants and bars. Have to mention the superb Top Thai restaurant at Centro Plaza, minutes from the accommodation, which also does takeaways. Ayda is always a text away and we were delighted with her generosity to allow for early arrival and late departure times. Despite there being a washing-machine in the apartment, Ayda arranged for a change of bed-linen and towels midway through our stay, which we appreciated. La Maestranza is an exceptionally well-maintained resort and reception staff, who mainly speak Spanish, were welcoming and friendly. The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms which have ample storage and the air-conditioning and ceiling fans were much-needed. Two bathrooms were also ideal for our family of three. Although we never expected to watch TV on holiday, there were times we were glad of the hundreds of channels available, including Marbella TV where we caught up with the day's events at the Feria de San Bernabe we attended. We can highly recommend this apartment as a good base for exploring the Costa del Sol. We hired mountain bikes and took to the hills visiting the nearby village of Istan and were lucky to spot some wild boar, mountain goats and peregrine falcons, on our ride. Another bonus is the Saturday outdoor market is on the doorstep. We would definitely consider returning to this apartment in the future.

Lovely apartment the owner is very helpful.

Me my wife and my two girls stayed here. The apartment has two nice bedrooms with two bathrooms the rest of the apartment is a good size it has everything you need it’s like second home. Its in a lovely complex with two pools and very safe complex that is gated. There is a lot of restaurants around the apartment in a short walk and the supermarket in a short walk to has everything you need too. The walk to the harbour is a nice walk not to long the town has everything you need. We had 8 night this April and we had the best time and we will go back.

Das Apartment war in einer ganz tollen Anlage. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber.Zwei große Fernseher mit über 1000 internationalen Sendern. Da die Anlage auf einem Berg liegt, muss man, wann man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, einige Steigungen in Kauf nehmen. Betten waren gut, Klimaanlage konnte als Heizung benutzt werden. Die Fotos entsprechen dr Wirklichkeit. Würde jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. La maestranza is a very nice complex, very quiet and secure.The apartment has everything you need and Ayda is a very helpful host. One of the best places I've been. Everything is beautiful from furniture, organization, cleanliness...Simply amazing!!
