  • Situata nel cuore del prestigioso Golden Mile di Marbella, Casa Bella è una townhouse impeccabile con quattro camere da letto, situata all'interno dell'esclusiva comunità sul lungomare di Marbellamar, a pochi passi dalle dorate spiagge di Casablanca. Recentemente ristrutturata secondo gli standard più elevati, questa dimora elegante offre comfort raffinato, interni spaziosi e una posizione davvero privilegiata - senza dubbio uno degli indirizzi più prestigiosi della costa.



    Si prega di notare: Marbellamar è un'area residenziale tranquilla composta da eleganti case a schiera in una posizione privilegiata sul lungomare. Per rispetto dei nostri vicini, Casa Bella non è adatta a feste di addio al celibato o nubilato o ospiti che desiderano organizzare raduni rumorosi. Chiediamo gentilmente a tutti gli ospiti di rispettare le ore di silenzio e contribuire a mantenere un'atmosfera serena, in particolare nelle aree comuni.



    Da questa posizione eccezionale, gli ospiti possono rilassarsi in tranquillità o passeggiare lungo il Paseo Marítimo per scoprire le vivaci offerte di Marbella. A est si trovano il caratteristico centro storico e l'elegante Marina, costellata di negozi boutique e bar di tapas tradizionali. Pochi centinaia di metri a ovest si trovano il rinomato Marbella Club e il Resort Puente Romano, sede di ristoranti stellati Michelin, raffinati beach club e lounge alla moda. Il lussuoso Porto Banús, famoso per i suoi superyacht, boutique di lusso e vita notturna glamour, è raggiungibile con una breve auto.



    La casa a schiera è stata splendidamente ristrutturata per fondere uno stile senza tempo con il lusso moderno. La cucina completamente attrezzata include ogni comodità—fino a una macchina Nespresso—mentre gli eleganti spazi living e pranzo si aprono attraverso porte francesi su una terrazza privata esposta a ovest, completa di zona pranzo all'aperto e comodi sedili per il relax. Per la luce mattutina, un ulteriore patio esposto a est con un'area utility si trova proprio accanto alla cucina—perfetto per una colazione tranquilla con la brezza marina.



    Il piano terra offre inoltre una camera singola versatile (che può convertirsi in doppia) e un bagno per gli ospiti con doccia.



    Al piano di sopra, la suite padronale è un rifugio di comfort, con un'area guardaroba, doccia walk-in e porte francesi che si aprono su un balconcino alla Juliette con vista mare. Due ulteriori camere doppie/a due letti, accuratamente progettate, condividono un bagno familiare contemporaneo.

Wonderful VIlla

A great villa. 3 level villa that comfortably fit seven people. The roof top BBQ and terrace was amazing. The hosts were easy to deal with. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Myself and friends (5 ladies in total) had an amazing stay at Casa Bella. Communications with the host was always outstanding and the house exceeded our expectations. It was far more spacious than we imagined and the roof terrace and other outside spaces were perfect. Check-in was a breeze and I would not hesitate to return or recommend. Thank you!

We had a great stay at CasaBella

Spacious unit. Top deck was great. The downstairs shower was not working correctly and a leak in the drain line was leaking into the cabinet below the sink. I would let American renters know to empty the water collector in the dryer. This is something we are not used to, thought it was broken. It would be great to have a keypad to open the door. With three couples two sets of keys was a problem at times.

Location was good for the beach. 30 minute wander into Marbella enter. A good choice of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Handy for supermarkets. The villa it self was ok, not great. The kitchen was well stocked which was a plus. We had a continuous issue with the air condition dripping through a ceiling which an engineer attempted to fix every day but the same started every night with the dripping so had to be switched off. This made nights very uncomfortable. The engineer also left a mess in the bathroom which we had to clean. The downstairs bedroom is not suitable for two adults and the mattresses are too thin and uncomfortable. Furnishings are a little worn and stained also. It’s a shame, as, for the price, we were all left a little disappointed.

Lovely spacious townhouse for Marbella beach stay

The Finest Rentals at Marbellamar staff really worked hard to make sure we could get into the house easily and had any issues addressed. I appreciated being able to communicate with them via messages on VRBO, email, and via text once we were traveling. When our time for check-in got extended with our driving through Gibraltar, they sent us videos of each step of our check-in including finding the key, and working with the parking barriers for the area. Once we arrived, we found they had left us bread, ham, cheese and basic food needs! It was so welcome with our two always-hungry boys and after driving all day. The Casa Bella was spacious and convenient for our needs while in Marbella. The four of us enjoyed the four bedrooms, baths and the two terraces on three levels. It could accommodate up to seven people, but anyone else would be on couches. We had a peek-a-boo view of the sea and the mountains from the top floor terrace and it is an easy walk down to the promenade and beach, about ten townhouses further to the end of the road. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful townhouse steps to boardwalk

Great location near the beach. Many great restaurants and bars a short walk away. House was spotless and extremely comfortable for a family of six.

Fantastic property in an ideal location

Wonderful week with friends. Short walk to beach with friendly bar and sun bed service. Property had amazing roof terrace with fantastic views plus additional terrace to ground floor,ideal for breakfast. Apartment clean and spacious with professional attentive communication with Emily. Communal pool in complex clean & private. The only comment about the pool is the times open for use. A morning swim would have been the icing on the cake. Would love to return for future holidays.

Stunning townhouse in a perfect location

Our family stayed at Casa Bella during the Easter break. The location is perfect, just a short walk down to the beach and restaurants. The house is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining break. We only used the pool on the last day of our holiday but it's a great spot to cool down after a day at the beach. Emily was a great host as always, we'll see you again in the Summer!

Immaculate villa within walking distance to everything. Great customer service!

We travelled with 3 adults and 3 young children (under 3) and we arrived late in the evening. We were met by Emily who was in communication with us from the time we landed and had turned the a/c on (lovely) and showed us around. The villa was immaculately clean and a welcome pack was provided. We really didnt need to take anything with us. Childrens gates, high chair, booster seats and travel cot, and lots of toys for pool and beach were available. There were plently of towels for bath and beach. Emily even provided electronic mosquito devices, which were a very nice gesture. The downstairs living area was open plan and lovely decorated. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean with hairdryers in all 3. Outdoor area downstairs was small and overlooked, but had plently of seating and was nice to sit out in in the morning for breakfast nonetheless. The roof terrace was private, large and a lovely area to have our evening meals or drinks. There was a little more of a view of the mountains. The roof had sun chairs and lounge chairs for some peaceful reading/sunning. The only downside to the villa was the marble stair cases, which although looked lovely were a little steep for my young children, but manageable. The villa was a 3 minute walk to the beach which at the end of September we had to ourselves. There were plently of umbrellas and chairs to hire. The pool was just next to the beach and was clean and there were toilets/shower facilities available (again we had it to ourselves). There were no chairs available in the pool complex. Large Supermarkets were about a 5 minute walk across from the complex. Bars, restaurants, coffee/evening hang outs were all within easy walking distance along the beach promenade (about a 10-15minute easy walk). Marbella old town about 30-40minute easy walk. The urbanisation was very quiet and felt safe at all times. The nice thing was that it is far away from the hustle, but close enough to still be able to walk everywhere or get a taxi (we never took a taxi as we enjoyed walking). My husband plays golf and there were plently of options at all price ranges all within <1 hour drive. From the initial contact, all communication with Stephen, Karen and Emily was quick, informative and responsive. Anything we needed was quickly organised. Emily or her network can also provide babysitting (which was a welcome bonus). We really had a lovely time at the villa and would definitely recommend

Casa Bella - what an amazing find!

A group of friends and I stayed in Casa Bella a few weeks ago and I really can't say enough about the place. It has been recently refurbished and no detail has been overlooked - the décor and furniture are fab and there is a beautiful terrace where we relaxed and enjoyed the glorious weather. The location is great - literally two minutes to the beach and Karen and Emily our hosts were great - nothing was too much trouble for them and they allowed us a late check out on our last day which made a huge difference to us. I would highly recommend Casa Bella and can't wait to go and stay there again.

Great stay at a just renovated property

This is a gem in Marbella. We are a family of 4 and had another couple join us with their daughter and the place was spacious enough for all of us. It is furnished beautifully with lightning fast Wi-Fi and Large screen TV with all the channels you may ever need. It has a great backyard that is within the complex (quiet). The roof deck does not have a great view to the sea but has a stunning view on the mountains. It is located on a quiet street that is blocked off to the public and is walking distance to the beach as well as many great restaurants. A large grocery store is across the street. It is also very central to all activities and highways in Marbella. It is 2 min from the exit on the highway and 10 min drive from Puerto Banus. The property managers are the best i have seen. Always available and ready to cater to our needs. If it is available, Grab it!
