  • Casa di lusso e recentemente ristrutturata situata in una comunità di altissima qualità in una zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dalla migliore spiaggia della costa, nel cuore dell'esclusivo Golden Mile di Marbella. Da qui è possibile raggiungere a piedi Marbella con il suo bellissimo centro storico racchiuso da mura o Puerto Banús. Numerosi negozi, supermercati e alcuni eccellenti ristoranti sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.



    Si prega di notare: Marbellamar è un'area residenziale tranquilla composta da eleganti case a schiera in una posizione privilegiata. Per rispetto dei nostri vicini, Casa Isa non è adatta a gruppi di addio al celibato o nubilato o ospiti che intendono organizzare raduni rumorosi. Chiediamo gentilmente a tutti gli ospiti di rispettare le ore di silenzio e mantenere un'atmosfera pacifica, in particolare nelle aree comuni.



    Casa Isa è una casa a schiera straordinariamente ben attrezzata nella esclusiva comunità balneare di Marbellamar situata sulla Spiaggia di Casablanca che è considerata la migliore della zona. Situata nel cuore del famoso e esclusivo Golden Mile di Marbella considerato una delle zone più esclusive dell'intera Europa. Casa Isa può ospitare dieci persone e offre sistemazioni e servizi lussuosi e ben attrezzati. Qui avrete tutto ciò di cui potreste avere bisogno; bagni moderni in marmo Travertino, docce potenti, lenzuola e asciugamani di cotone e molto altro ancora. I nostri ospiti possono godere di sedute comode al chiuso e all'aperto sia al sole che all'ombra dai vari terrazzi.



    Nulla è fuori limite a Casa Isa, gli ospiti hanno libero accesso a tutta la casa, dalla stupenda terrazza sul tetto (che è un punto soleggiato e offre una vista mare eccezionale) fino alla terrazza inferiore con le sue strutture per pranzi formali e informali. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno, piano cottura e microonde, nonché una macchina Nespresso.



    Per coloro che cercano attività di svago attivo, c'è una gamma di attività disponibili nelle vicinanze, che vanno dagli sport acquatici, sci a fune, para-invio, windsurf e kitesurf, safari dei delfini e noleggio di barche fino all'equitazione e, naturalmente, al golf che si può giocare su uno dei dozzine di eccellenti campi sulla costa. C'è qualcosa per tutti e gli ospiti di Casa Isa hanno accesso alla piscina privata della comunità (aperta solo nei mesi più caldi) e ai campi da tennis e paddle.



    Casa Isa si trova a meno di cinquecento metri dal famoso Marbella Club e dal suo hotel gemello Puente Romano Spa, con la sua Piazza che vanta tre eccellenti ristoranti stellati Michelin. Se si desidera una ristorazione meno formale, ci sono diverse dozzine di ottimi ristoranti a pochi centinaia di metri dalla porta d'ingresso, sebbene Marbella e Puerto Banús siano comunque facilmente raggiungibili. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Isa. This lovely and nicely renovated townhouse is perfectly situated near the beach and Marbella which suited us well. The staff of Finest Rentals were very helpful and made our stay more than worthwhile.

April Spain Getaway

We stayed for 4 nights with family from London and Boston all flying in to meet up. The property was perfectly set up, and had everything we needed. Beach is minutes down the hill, and a beach bar and beach restaurant also extremely close. We loved the patio and walked to get groceries.

Overall, this property was beyond expectations. The house was just as nice as pictured and the location was perfect for us. We were disappointed with kitchen equipment and a few things in that category, but reported to real estate company and they responded that the6 would address. Unfortunately, our time on the back patio was marred by construction noise at the house behind us, but that is not something that the real estate company can control or predict. We hope to return!

From the moment we arrived to when we left we all had an amazing time. We were 6 girls celebrating our 40th birthdays definatly in style! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation - it was very well equipped, very spacious and very modern. We spent a lot of time out on the back terrace chilling in the sun which had a canopy to wind in and out if it got too hot! We sat out on the roof terrace with the tunes on as it had sound system throughout the whole accommodation even in the bathrooms and bedrooms which we loved. Situated only a 2 minute walk to beach and centrally located. 15 minute walk into Marbella along the seafront. We taxi’d Into Puerto Banus as we had heals but would probably take you 30 minutes to walk! There was a Lidl 10 minute walk up the road as we’re cashpoints and others superstores! We were greeted by Emily who we rang at the airport when we got our luggage and she recommended a taxi firm who were very professional and picked us up and dropped us back off. We were shown round our accommodation and had 2 keys left for us and we were able to ring Emily if we had any problems! Puerto Banus is definatly the place to be for nightlife. Marbella old town if you want to sit and chill with a nice meal with beautiful old Buildings. Highly recommend the accommodation and is perfectly located!

Property is a great location and the weather was Chamber of Commerce great. The staff was responsive and provided welcome food for us upon arrival. We dealt with ants and what appeared to be mold in the cabinet's on the top floor.in the property

Location location location!

We loved our stay in Marbella! The property was within walking distance to the beach, several delicious restaurants, many recreational activities, and grocery stores. It was also easy to get to both Puerto Banus and Old Town via taxi. The house itself was perfect for our party and we really enjoyed the welcome package after a long day of travel. Highly recommend and will be petitioning my husband to return!

The house is very comfortable, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you could ever want/need.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Stephanie very much! The house is lovely, the amenities great and the roof top deck fabulous. The location is convenient to everything, the beach, shops, great restaurants, grocery store, old town etc. Karen, Stephen and Emily went out of their way to make recommendations and help in every way possible. I would stay at Casa Stephanie again and recommend it to everyone!

Villa is perfect!

Six of us stayed at this lovely villa for 4 days in early July. The villa is spotless, has everything you could possibly need and is situated in a perfect location. It is stylish, modern and very well decorated. There is a spacious roof terrace with bar which has seating in the shade and sun (we loved having cocktails here in the evening) and an outside terrace at ground level too (again with comfy sofas, table and chairs etc). There is also a big communal pool which is lovely for a dip and any children will LOVE it. You are literally a minutes walk to the beach and there are plenty of cafes/restaurants/supermarkets nearby. The promenade is brilliant and you can walk (or hire bikes at a very reasonable 15 euros a day) along the beach towards Marbella (15 min walk) or Puerto Banus (more like 40 min walk). My only regret is we didnt stay longer! Emily and the team did a great job with all the arrangements and the booking process was nice and easy. I honestly only have good things to say and thoroughly recommend this villa.

Stunning!

The house is absolutely beautiful with everything you could need. The location is perfect between Marbella and Puerto Banus. It's a 20 minute stroll to Marbella but about 45 to Puerto Banus but taxis are very reasonable. There are some great local restaurants a few minutes away and a couple of supermarkets within easy reach. The pool area was lovely and surprisingly warm! I think our favourite area was the roof terrace where we could eat breakfast in the sunshine. Absolutely loved this house and the location and really hope to return as soon as possible!

Gorgeous villa in excellent location

We had a mixed family group aged 84 to 13 years old. The villa is great as has lovely outside space at ground level and on the roof terrace. There was a ground floor bedroom for our oldest member which was perfect as she could not manage the two flights of stairs to the roof terrace etc. Emily and team running it in Marbella are fabulous and so helpful, from booking to leaving they were efficient and could not be more helpful. House was immaculate and had all items you could possibly need for a successful holiday. Great location with the promenade about 50m away and supermarkets, restaurants, breakfast places all within a gentle few minutes stroll. No need for a car which is just wonderful. We all want to return!

Fantastic house in amazing location

We had the most wonderful stay in Casa del Sol, the house was spacious and comfortable and have everything you could want - a real home from home. It's a 1 minute walk from the best beach with loads of restaurants, bars and supermarkets very close by. Puerto Banus and Marbella are both a short walk away all the way along the beach. The hosts were great and really informative, they were easy to contact and looked after us really well. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Lovely relaxing stay by the sea

Having been to Casa Stefania last year we knew what to expect and once again were delighted with the house.There were seven of us staying this time, but the accomodation with relaxing terraces and in particular the roof terrace meant that no one felt crowded. The house is beautiful, very well kept and with improvements from the previous year, re-doing the kitchen and the front terrace as well as more seating on the roof terrace. The house is in the most fantastic position with 50 yards to the beach and the via verde from which you can walk to many restaurants, marbella and puerto banus. Thanks again to Stephen, Karen and Emily for great management of the property.

Fabulous House and Location

Having always stayed up in the golf valley away from the beaches we were nervous as to how we would find this area. It was wonderful. The house is even more lovely than the photos show with the Master bedroom being a big hit with us, as it was lovely and spacious. Although the fourth room is small when configured as a double, it was fine and was big enough for our needs. We had booked the house mainly for 4 of us but ended up with 7 and there was still plenty of room, with no one feeling on top of each other. No small achievement with a number of different age groups. The house is very well appointed with all you would need, towels, beach towels, hairdryers etc. The welcome pack was lovely and it is a nice touch that there is other stuff there that you could use and then replace. The roof terrace was a huge hit with everyone and the downstairs outside area was great for cosy after dinner drinks and card games. The ability to walk to so many restaurants ,cafes and supermarkets as well as walking into Orange square for coffee and churros was very relaxing as we didn't have to drive everywhere. Karen and Stephen were very welcoming and helpful both on arrival and departure. It helped that we had fabulous weather and our last night at MC Beach was like holidaying in the carribean without the long haul flight!

Excellent accommodation!

Myself and 7 friends spent Easter weekend in Casa Stefania and had an absolutely amazing experience! Karen and Stephen were so kind and helpful. After having a problem with our airport transfers, Stephen kindly helped us out. (I would recommend a taxi from the airport, not much more money for less hassle!). They provided a beautiful welcome pack for our arrival, and were on hand to answer any questions we had about the house and local area. The house itself is amazing! It comfortably sleeps 8 adults and has everything you could possibly need from beach towels and hairdryers to a fantastic in-built sound system all around the house. It has recently been refurbished and is decorated beautifully. The roof top terrace was a favourite feature for our party. The house is situated in an ideal location; just five mins in a taxi to either Marbella centre or Puerto Banus. We frequently got a taxi to Banus in the evening which cost 10 euros. During the day you could happily walk along the Golden Mile to either town, which we did one day! The seafront is literally on your doorstep! Five minutes walk from the house you have a variety of supermarkets and restaurants; the Italian restaurant served delicious food and we had excellent service too. The neighbourhood felt very safe and secure. As a group of females we felt safe at all times, and felt like we were experiencing the real Marbella! All in all, I/we cannot recommend Casa Stefania highly enough! It really is suitable for a group of adults or a family and I hope to be returning soon!
