Located in the exclusive Nueva Andalucía, a five-minute drive from Puerto Banus city centre, as well as to beaches and recreational areas. This luxurious and extraordinary 7 bedroom which can host 16 guests comfortably, is located in the area of Nueva Andalucía, with a panoramic view of the La Concha mountain and Mediterranean sea. It is only a 5-minute drive from Puerto Banus, with its beautiful beaches and great restaurants.
The Villa:
Spanning three floors, this villa is an epitome of opulence and grandeur. The entrance is exquisitely designed, leading directly to the spacious living room that overlooks a private pool and a vast terrace. The open plan leads to the kitchen that is fully equipped and accommodates up to sixteen. Several refrigerators, a wine cooler, and an ice cube machine are also at your disposal. From the kitchen area, you can easily access the laundry room that features a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Next to the terrace and the large heated infinity pool (additonal fee of 500€/week for pool heating), you will find a large Jacuzzi and a BBQ area. The second leisure area can be found on the second floor terrace, which has a partly covered bar and a spacious lounge area. You can even take it up another level to an even larger luxury Jacuzzi on the top terrace, which offers a 360-degree view of the entire town.

This villa offers seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, including a guest toilet. The first floor features two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms on the ground floor offer a variety of options, with two bedrooms having king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with two king-size beds and an en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with king-size beds and a shared bathroom. Some of the bedrooms also have direct access to the terrace and the pool area. Additionally, on this floor, you will find a cinema/game room with a pool table and an outdoor gym. The parking area at the main entrance can accommodate up to four vehicles.

And for the ultimate experience, you will be surrounded with plenty of leisure activities, such as shopping centers, small shops, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, cafes, internet cafes, cinemas, zoos, water parks, amusement parks, harbors, museums, churches, parks, and markets. If you're feeling adventurous, you can indulge in activities such as cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rollerblading, sailing, skiing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, and wind surfing.
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
