Las Pérgolas, beautiful house with gorgeous views, shared pool and tennis court

Welcome to Las Pérgolas - a beautiful and stylish , luxury family holiday home in Nueva Andalucia, the best area in Marbella, the house was completely renovated and interior styled in May 2023 . It is set in an exclusive and tranquil urbanisation of only 18 houses with shared tropical gardens, swimming pool and outdoor shower, the house also has its own spacious and secluded south facing private terrace leading into the gardens .
You will enter through your own private gated courtyard with Jasmine and potted lemon trees, a perfect place for your morning coffee courtesy of the Nespresso machine . After a game of tennis on the court with views of La Concha mountain and the sea in the distance, you can wander barefoot through the tropical gardens with swaying palm trees, Jacaranda trees and huge cacti, to the swimming pool with its refreshing outdoor shower. You can relax on the sun loungers under the tiki parasols ( don't worry about packing towels, we will lend you hammam towels) and enjoy the beautiful views over the golf course and mountains. Later, when you tire of swimming and sunbathing , you can barbecue on the large private south-facing terrace, eat under the shade of the pergola or simply relax in the hammock or on the outdoor daybed with your holiday book.
The master bedroom has its own large sunny veranda with gorgeous views of the gardens, pool and mountains in the daytime and the starry sky at night, the second bedroom also has a small balcony over looking the tennis court. The beds in the 2 upstairs bedrooms are kingsize and have comfy mattress toppers there is also a ground floor bedroom off the living room which has has 2 x single beds . There are 3 bathrooms (one ensuite) all are new with walk-in rainfall showers . 2 bathrooms are upstairs and the other one is ground floor, so each of the 3 bedrooms has access to its own bathroom .
There is a smart TV for you to sign into your own Netflix or Prime account , free wifi and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The white sand beaches and mountains are a short drive or taxi ride and there are local shops and restaurants 1.5 km away. The area is also known for its many beautiful golf courses if you are a keen golfer .
There is a small flight of steps from the private parking space to the house and from the garden to the pool . The house is suitable for families and couples . Please note sorry but we cannot accept groups of single people and the minimum check-in age is 30 ( excluding children and family members checking in as part of a family group ) , passport Id is required .
