A very reliable and efficient co-host located in Puerto Banús will take care of all guests’ needs. Guests will pick up the keys from them and can contact them for any other needs.

Just 50 meters from the house, you’ll find all the services you might need: a couple of nice bars, a bank, a couple of supermarkets (one of which is open until 6:00 p.m.), a car rental agency (Avis), etc. The proximity to Puerto Banús offers all kinds of amenities to suit a wide range of tastes. You’ll find all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, movie theaters, and two of the best beaches on either side. Being able to avoid driving and walk to all of these places during busy times is an incredible advantage. Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll also find three golf courses (Aloha, La Dama de Noche, Los Naranjos), excellent tennis clubs (Puente Romano, Manolo Santana Club), horseback riding, and great, scenic trails for mountain biking and running. Nightclubs like Funky Buddha, Olivia Valer, and Momento are also less than 5 minutes away.

There is a bus stop right at the entrance to the estate. There is also an Avis car rental location 50 meters away. There are plenty of taxis in the area, with several stops in Puerto Banús

Guests can arrive anytime after 2:00 p.m. There is a security guard at the estate entrance, so keys will be left there if guests arrive very late
NO PARTIES: This rental is not intended for parties. We do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties, groups of young partygoers, or loud gatherings.
NO NOISE/SMOKING: Groups who think they might want to play loud music at night or smoke inside the property should refrain from booking.
LATE-NIGHT CONSIDERATION: Since this is a townhouse, sound travels easily. We strictly ask guests to remove high heels indoors and be mindful of loud footsteps. Do not ring the community intercom late at night to avoid waking neighbors; you must ensure you have your physical keys with you.
ZERO TOLERANCE: We will have zero tolerance for any violation of this rule, which will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the authorities being called to escort the guests out immediately.
