  • Affacciato sul mare, questo attico stupisce gli ospiti con le sue viste fantastiche. La proprietà di 111 m² comprende un soggiorno con divano letto per una persona, una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, due camere da letto e due bagni en suite, ospitando fino a quattro persone. La casa dispone di Wi-Fi ad alta velocità (adatto per videochiamate), aria condizionata centralizzata, riscaldamento, lavatrice, TV satellitare e lettore DVD. Su richiesta è possibile aggiungere un futon portatile e un letto singolo portatile in garage per bambini.



    La Camera 1 ha un letto king-size, la Camera 2 ha due letti singoli. Il soggiorno dispone di un divano letto per una persona. Il punto forte di questa sistemazione è l’area esterna privata con mobili da giardino, quattro terrazze aperte private con barbecue (uno principale) e un balcone. Avrete inoltre accesso a un’area esterna in comune con piscina recintata aperta tutto l’anno; il bagnino è presente solo durante la stagione estiva.



    Il parcheggio gratuito è disponibile in loco. Gli animali non sono ammessi. Il check-in tardivo è disponibile con supplemento. Non sono permessi eventi e non sono ammessi ospiti sotto i 25 anni. L’edificio dispone di ascensore. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono inclusi. Très bon séjour appartement très bien placé le seul soucis se sont les lit … inconfortable.. impossible de bien dormir sur des lit dur .. le canapé bien plus confortable je vous le conseille …. Sinon très bon séjour à côté de tout

The weather was sunny and warm enough to enjoy tennis at the nearby tennis club Don Carlos. Las Flores is our favorite restaurant, which we can reach with a walk along the beach.

We visited a few of the nearby beaches, which were all lovely and within 5/10 minutes drive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Marbella city and the large Mall we visited by car. We are already looking forward to our next holiday at this place. The appartment has two bedrums, so if you are a family of five as our family, you need to be aware, that one needs to sleep in the livingroom.

Only a 20-30 minute walk to a good range of local restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and maintained, we had everything we needed. Effective heating for chilly evenings. Spacious, plenty of room for 4 adults. Good communication with the owner.

Pros: This was our 3rd stay at the apartment. It is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants and overlooks Santa Maria Golf Club. Fantastic views towards Gibraltar and North Africa with stunning sunsets in the evening. The apartment is well equipped and the owner continues to update it, installing a new kitchen and new showers. Secure site with underground parking. Nice neighbourhood, clean, well maintained and peaceful. Communication with the owner is excellent.
