  • Villa, Carib Playa - Bungalow sulla spiaggia nella splendida zona residenziale di Carib Playa, sulla spiaggia di Marbella Est. La proprietà è composta da: ingresso; soggiorno/sala da pranzo con camino a legna e accesso a una terrazza coperta e al giardino; cucina completamente attrezzata con accesso alla terrazza; camera da letto principale con ampio bagno privato e cabina armadio; 3 camere da letto che condividono un bagno; WC separato per gli ospiti. Ampio garage con accesso diretto alla casa. La proprietà è circondata da un giardino molto soleggiato e privato con area piscina piastrellata e numerose piante e alberi. Altre caratteristiche sono: piastrelle in ceramica, aria condizionata individuale nelle camere, armadi a muro, persiane, allarme, irrigazione automatica, terreno completamente recintato con un muro e un cancello di recente costruzione. Parcheggio per 2 auto sul terreno.



    Una casa ideale per la famiglia, vicino al mare e a 5 minuti a piedi dal pittoresco porto di Cabopino e a 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Marbella.

It's location was excellent, close to main roads, beach, restaurants and shops but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We will hopefully stay here again.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon mal dort und kannten deshalb bestens aus. Zum Strand 5 Minuten. Alle Geschäfte und Läden in der Nähe. Schöne Restaurants am Ort. Im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wieder!

Pros: Wir waren mit zwei Paaren da und hatten zu bestem Wetter einen traumhaften Urlaub. Ein sehr gepflegter großer Garten, und die Nähe zum Sandstrand (ohne Auto) haben uns besonders gefallen. Auch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit mehr als genug Geschirr war prima. Handtücher waren nach Bedarf verfügbar. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Durch den eingeschränkten Flugverkehr und einer Flugänderung konnten wir dank Chris schon einen Tag früher anreisen, danke! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Great Location 2 bedrooms disappointing

Great location spoilt by noisy builders nextdoor from 8am each morning. One great bedroom but two poor badly lit bedroons with no storage. The rest of the villa is very well equipt.

Pros: Our own pool & lots of space. Very relaxing. Cons: A bit further out than we imagined. Spent a lot of money on Ubers. Showers in Villa beautiful but very difficult to control the temperature.

A perfect villa in a perfect location making for a perfect holiday.

Pros: The villa had been updated since your website description having a state of the art new kitchen and two updated bathrooms all of which added to the comfort of our stay. The pool was fantastic and loved the changing coloured pool light display. The veranda was a comfortable place to watch the granchildren playing in the pool or to read a book when they went to bed. Pros: We keren terug met een zeer goed gevoel. Super leuke vakantiewoning met alle comfort die hoort bij een zorgeloze vakantie. Het huis heeft alles wat een gezin met jonge kinderen nodig heeft. Handdoeken en lakens in overvloed! Auto was wel een must. Een klein minpuntje ( als we dan even kritisch mogen zijn) was het jammer dat het water van het zwembad een beetje frisjes was. Maar voor de rest was het super leuk! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Pros: Heerlijke drie weken gehad in dit huis. Het mag wel wat opgeknapt worden, met name de keuken is verouderd maar we hebben enorm genoten. Heerlijke tuin met heerlijk zwembad en lekkere bedden. Voor onze jongens heerlijk nederlandse televisie en het internet was uitmuntend. Vooral Chris van C and C rentals veel complimenten, hij stond altijd voor ons klaar, echt bijzonder, daar heb je wat aan!!!!!! Niets was teveel gevraagd.

Heerlijke villa die van alle gemakken voorzien is.

Pros: Complete villa voor de hele familie. Wij waren er met 6 volwassenen en een baby van 3 maanden. Ook voor de baby was alles aanwezig zoals bedje, babybadje en kinderstoel. De villa heeft een prachtige nieuwe keuken en twee mooie ruime badkamers. De sleuteloverdracht door Chris verliep soepel bovendien was hij goed bereikbaar indien nodig. Kortom een fijn verblijf dat zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is!! Cons: Het enige minpuntje, als je al van een minpuntje kan spreken is , het zwembad is niet verwarmd en behoorlijk koud en in de wintermaanden is de zon snel uit de tuin door de hoge bomen en struiken.

Instantly felt at home

Pros: The whole property was ideal for myself and my family. Lots of space inside and everything was of a high quality. Outside was fantastic!! Great terrace with comfy seating and table and chairs. Lovely pool and 8 loungers on a sunny patio. The property is in a residential area so I would advise hiring a car. We did as we had been to the area previously. I would highly recommend this property. Cons: The Mosquitos are a pain but that’s nothing to do with the property. I would advise bringing Deet products with you and we bought citronella candles.

Pros: Wat hebben wij van onze 14 daagse vakantie, met diverse familieleden, in deze villa genoten. Een villa in typische Andalusiese stijl met een prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Met meer dan voldoende ligbedden, parasols en handdoeken. De villa is op sommige punten wat gedateerd ( keuken ) maar werkelijk alles werkt naar behoren en is aanwezig. Voor een ieder die op zoek is naar rust en privacy aan de ene kant maar activiteiten zoals zon, zee, strand en uitgaan aan de andere kant bevelen wij deze villa op zeker aan. Tijdens ons verblijf 1 niet noemenswaardig probleempje met het zwembad gehad, maar na ons telefoontje met Chris was er binnen een uur een monteur. Top service dus.
