Cozy bedrooms: With two well-equipped bedrooms, one with two single beds (90cm each one) and the other with a comfortable king-size bed of 180cm (two beds that can be separated), both have fitted wardrobes so you have everything organised and within easy reach.



Modern bathrooms: The flat has two bathrooms, one of them complete with shower and the other without shower, providing functionality and comfort for you and your companions.



Open plan kitchen: Appointed with dishwasher, the kitchen is located at the entrance, an open plan kitchen connects to a cosy living room, creating a perfect environment to share special moments. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the house.

The communal pool is open at certain times (seasonal). The private pool located in the terrace is not available.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.

* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.

*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.

*The apartment's private pool is not available. The community swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.

*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
