“The property sits close to a major road (traffic noise & visible) and there's a trailer on the property that was occupied (rental or other?) making it not private at all (you can easily see other houses too). The cost was moderate to high and Evolve was difficult to work with when trying to cancel or reschedule (due to an emergency issue). No refunds and no bending policy.
