“We were having AC issues so I booked a room just in case late at night and within 5 minutes learned tge AC started working again so I attempted to cancel (again - less than 5 mins after booking and it was already late in the evening around 10:30 pm). They wouldn’t allow me to cancel despite how quickly I attempted to do so after booking. I get that there are policies but it seems there should have been something they could have done to assist.”

“A great hotel! A bunch of us were there for a race and had to get up early. Breakfast was out there before the usual time so we could grab something to go. It was a very thoughtful thing to do.”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the pool area was fun. Unfortunately Lakeway Resort charges resort fees and resort prices — which don’t match the quality (or lack thereof). The bathroom was laughably small, in desperate need of updating, it flooded when anyone took a shower. Additionally the carpet in the room needed serious cleaning — pet stains, wine (or blood) splatters, and marks that any normal hotel would address. House keeping wasn’t great either — our call for extra towels was...

“We found this place by chance and it was a Gem!! We were in a bind but the Manager Courtnaye Richard worked hard for us and made magic happen. We are so grateful and thankful for her dedication to customer service ensuring that we had everything we needed and much more. We really appreciate her thoughtfulness, patience and going above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful anniversary. God bless her 🙏”
