“Clean and well appointed room; however, the lighting in the room and bathroom needed to be brighter. The breakfast was standard fare for this type of hotel: ok, but not outstanding.”

“We were having AC issues so I booked a room just in case late at night and within 5 minutes learned tge AC started working again so I attempted to cancel (again - less than 5 mins after booking and it was already late in the evening around 10:30 pm). They wouldn’t allow me to cancel despite how quickly I attempted to do so after booking. I get that there are policies but it seems there should have been something they could have done to assist.”

“We found this place by chance and it was a Gem!! We were in a bind but the Manager Courtnaye Richard worked hard for us and made magic happen. We are so grateful and thankful for her dedication to customer service ensuring that we had everything we needed and much more. We really appreciate her thoughtfulness, patience and going above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful anniversary. God bless her 🙏”

“The location makes walking easy to a couple restaurants and the marina. The property was very nice and the condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful date night. ”

“Overall, the condo was nice. However, the big disappointment is that the shower drain did not drain properly and the shower floor would fill and flood into the bathroom within about 5 minutes in the shower. To me, this is just about as bad as staying somewhere that the toilet doesn’t work in. To stay in a place this nice, the expectation would be that at least those basic necessities work flawlessly. Very disappointing and I’m not so sure that I would stay there again.”
