“Our stay at Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. When we arrived, the front desk employee appeared very tired and even mentioned that she was falling asleep. During check-in, I asked about paying for a rollaway/extra bed for my 9-year-old son because the hotel’s website lists this amenity under the “Family Friendly” section. “Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.”
