“The house is old but that is a major part of its charm. It was spotless and not having to pack my own linens was the deciding factor in deciding to stay there. Ms. Chicotel was a wonderful host--couldn't ask for better. I also loved the Keurig and tea pot. There was decaf and regular coffee and in varying strenghts. Who does that? After a long drive up from Maryland, it was pure bliss to relax with a cup of tea. I slept in the next day, had coffee and then planned my grocery trip. ...

“I have rented many homes, and this one was one of the nicest I have ever rented. It was super clean, easy to find, and was a short, nice walk to downtown. The manager was easy to contact and responded very fast to any questions we had. I really liked this place in fact I am checking my calendar to see went I can possibly go back. Thank you for letting me rent your home.”

“Convenient parking and location. Everything we needed was within walking distance including parks for our toddler to play. The pack n play and baby gate were very much appreciated when traveling with a little. We did run out of toilet paper, however we were just a short walk from CVS so not a big deal. The host was able to drop some by our door later that evening. The outdoor space could use some attention, but being November, it probably doesn’t get much use. Overall the location was perfect...

“My overall experience of the property was ok. We just had a couple issues, parking spaces for SUV's and trucks were tight in front of the building, foyer entrance to the building needed to be clean along with the carpet. ”

“My husband and our 4 children stayed here while visiting Cedar Point. The kids absolutely loved their room. Lots of fun things for them to do and check out. The beds were so comfortable and I have a lot of neck and back issues.We will absolutely stay here again. The house itself is so unique and rich in history.The drive to Cedar Point was about 10 minutes and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very quiet clean neighborhood.
