Storico con finestre aggiornati, porte, pavimenti, pareti, bagni, e la nuova cucina in granito con parcheggio per tre auto. 10 posti letto con 4- camere da letto Home dispone di ampio cortile con pozzo del fuoco, schermato in veranda e ampio giardino come patio. Gli apparecchi sono nuovi e mobili è stato eccellente. Tutte le lenzuola e cucina utilizza forniti. Questa casa l'anno dispone di aria condizionata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Questa casa si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria storico, parco giochi, 6 campi da tennis, pista di 2 miglia a piedi, e tre isolati da Hoover Stadium. Le attrazioni sul lago includono molo di pesca gratuito, spiaggia libera, piscina per bambini e parco acquatico gratuiti, shuffleboard gratuito, pallavolo gratis, pallacanestro, tennis e attività per bambini. Lakeside ha appena aggiunto una piscina da 3 milioni di dollari e 2 acquascivoli a soli 200 metri da casa. Per una piccola tassa put-put, gite in barca e golf cart sono disponibili. Lakeside ha anche appena terminato la costruzione di un enorme centro sanitario per coloro che vogliono plasmare.

A really wonderful stay for our son and daughter and their spouses and 4 young children. They used the rear room with the pullout sofa as a play area. My husband and I chose to stay at a friend’s cottage to give the rest of the family more space.

Our family had a great time for the few days we were there. Had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves especially the golf cart and kids loved the bikes. Had mama deer and two fawns in the back yard when we arrived so that was super cool. Host was really nice and we enjoyed meeting him.

A cozy get away with great benefits

We love staying in the Lakeside community. The golf cart was a huge plus and we really enjoyed it. Finding a four bedroom cottage at a great price was so good for our family of seven. John was wonderful. If you stay there, we definitely recommend getting donuts from the Patio.

Nice quiet location Floor was FILTHY! Doubt if it had been cleaned at all this summer. Furniture was fine. Kitchen is rather a hodgepodge; not enough forks to get through one meal. Having the golf cart was great. Space was the right amount but technically not really 3 bedrooms.

Another great weekend at Lakeside

We enjoyed our time at this house. The family is growing so we had to extend to a second house and this worked perfect for us. The golf cart was nice to use and having the bedding and towels provided was also very nice! I would stay here again.

The property met all our expectations. It was in a very convenient location, and was close to many activities. It offered many amenities for all ages. I would highly recommend the Blueberry Hill property for families of all ages.

Charming Chatauqua

We love coming to visit the grounds inside Lakeside Chatauqua, and this was such a lovely spot! Quiet and nestled off the main portion of the grid, the golf cart was a huge bonus to get down to the events in the center of town without hiking. Easy access to the pool with day passes, and the scenery is so stunning! Thank you John!

Fantastic

We had a family vacation and other family were staying in other cottages all around lakeside. The location of this cottage is great for getting to the pool or walking trails. The cottage was clean and had plenty of linens. The owner was great, he lives right next door so responds quickly. It was nice having golf cart too. Going back next year and staying in same cottage.

Check-in was simple; golf cart was awesome since we had an elderly parent with us. Wi-Fi was great. The place desperately needs to be professionally cleaned - there was clear evidence that it is not. Also, the bed situation is horrible - it does not sleep 8 people comfortably... maybe 2 adults (as long as they can share the bed in the main floor bedroom) and 5-6 small children - but not the 6 adults and 1 teen that we had in our extended family gathering. Most of us didn't get one single decent night's sleep. Beds were not made when we arrived, tiny/thin mattresses, ancient bedframes that are unstable, no bed-bug protection anywhere. Recommend either keeping the high cost and updating the bed situation and cleaning service, or reducing the cost significantly so guests don't expect a decent night's sleep and/or cleanliness.

Fun Family Time

We had a great time in this cottage. The family who slept upstairs didn't mind that they had to go through one bedroom to get to the second one or that the 2nd bathroom was downstairs. The window air conditioners kept the house very cool. All the appliances were top quality. We appreciated having a washer and dryer, too. The golf cart being included in the rental fee was a huge plus, too.

Perfect for our crew

Blueberry Hill was perfect for our stay. We had family across the street so we really just needed it for sleeping. The house was clean and provided sheets and towels, which is a real plus at Lakeside! I’ve always had to bring linens. We did not use the pullout couch but I wouldn’t really call that a bedroom. It was perfect for the 5 of us to stay. It would have been tight if 4 more people were with us.
