Enjoy this year round cottage centrally located to all Lakeside has to offer.

Situated on a corner lot, our 3 bedroom - 2 bath cottage is centrally located to all Lakeside has to offer! Many of Lakeside's favorite spots are within walking distance including the outdoor pool, Hoover auditorium, parks, shops and restaurants.

--AT THE COTTAGE--
Inside there is plenty of room to hang out with family and friends in the living room or gather around the dining room table for a game night. When you are ready to unwind, you can relax in your own room. All bedrooms are on the second floor. For the younger at heart, the bunk room is a spacious area for a group to relax. There is new carpet upstairs and down in addition to a recently updated kitchen.

Outside, enjoy the large wraparound screened in porch while reading or eating a meal at the picnic table. The patio out back is perfect for hanging out, grilling, or a yard game.

--PLEASE NOTE--
We will provide 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started.

We do not supply linens or towels. You can either bring your own or rent them at https://lakesidelinensupply.com

Please bring your own toiletries as we do not supply them.

--THINGS TO DO IN LAKESIDE--

Water activities: Pool, splash pad, beach area, boating and paddleboarding.

Sport activities: Basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, fishing and shuffleboard.

Entertainment: Movie theater, Hoover Auditorium, and concerts in the park.

Food: Ice Cream shops, restaurants, coffee shops and donuts.

During the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) all guests are required to purchase passes. Please visit https://lakesideohio.com/plan-your-visit/ to get the details on the passes. There you will also find the additional activities the passes will give you access to.

Lovely stay in Lakeside

We had such a wonderful stay in Lakeside! We visited during a very hot week, but the air conditioning worked great. Our favorite spot was the front porch. I love how perfectly it was laid out for family dinners, playing games and reading books. The location was convenient and the beds comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Lakeside Independence Holidays

We have relatives that own houses in Lakeside. This rental was for 10 of us from Texas and Tennessee who came to meet for a family reunion. We enjoyed our stay and the house was ideal for us.

Ideal Cottage

We so enjoy staying at this cottage. It is a favorite for our family. We especially love the screened in porch. It’s conveniently located and has the amenities that our family looks for when staying at Lakeside. We appreciate the cleanliness and that the owners are quick to respond when we contacted them.

Lovely home away from home

This lovely home was the perfect location for our family. The twin and bunk beds were great for our kids, and comfy beds for adults were appreciated. We enjoyed meals and board games around the table on the porch, which was also a comfortable location for afternoon and evening relaxation and conversation. The convenient location made it an easy walk to the Auditorium, Rhein Center and shops and restaurants, and to the band stand and park to enjoy vespers and amazing sunsets. The kitchen and large counter was perfect for preparing and serving meals. Having a washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning was also appreciated. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this lovely year-round home. Thank you.

Lakeside Vacation House

The house is laid out well. The upstairs has three bedrooms that are set up with two full size beds and four twin beds (one bunk bed). Air conditioning was great since we visited during a heat wave. The wrap around screened in porch was nice. The location was only four blocks from downtown businesses and the park was close also. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would consider renting this location in the future.

Lakeside Cottage

Each year our family spends a weekend a Lakeside on Lake Erie. This year's cottage was really nice. The cottage was very clean and provided everything needed. We had a great time.

The house is cute, clean, and close to everything in Lakeside. The screened-in porch is fabulous! Easy check in process; well stocked home; and the owners were easy to reach and responsive when we had a concern. Would highly recommend! Would also stay again.
