Sleeps 2-4 people, featuring 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. It is 13 minutes from the North Cascades National Park and 2 minutes from Marblemount. It has an amazing deck you could literally fish from, a 4 person hot tub, and a sauna coming soon!

The Riverhouse is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house that boasts mid-century modern architecture and is designed to offer comfort, charm, and functionality. It features all the amenities a guest would want including a fully equipped kitchen (sans dishwasher), a well stocked coffee/tea bar, ample toiletries & grooming essentials, plush cotton bedding, towels, and throw blankets, perfect for snuggling on the comfy sleeper sofa infront of the gas fireplace. The livingroom also features a large TV connected to wifi, a desk with various charging ports, a variety of games & puzzles, and the best reading nook with views of the river!



Step outside onto the spacious deck to fully appreciate the stunning surroundings. Enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the river, or fire up the barbecue for an evening meal al fresco! The deck provides enough dining and lounge space for everyone in your group! Wrap up the day with smores by the campfire (firewood provided), or soak the night away in the 4 person hot tub! Guests are welcome to access all areas of the property. Just be sure to keep an eye on small children and pets and use caution along the river`s edge. Upon arrival, there is parking for 2-3 vehicles and enough space if you`re towing a small trailer/boat. Turning around or backing out with a trailer is tight though. The front door has keypad entry and it locks automatically when it`s closed. The laundry room key is hanging in the kitchen and is accessed from the outside. We will provide laundry soap and dryer pads.
