Rooftop terrace may have been our favorite. Views of the sea, great place to watch sunsets. Access to roof is difficult if you are very tall, like one of our group, but he spent more time up there than anyone else.”

“Schöne Unterkunft ”

“Property is beautiful. Lots of space and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and outside space was amazing. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end of a day out. Only slight negative is the access which others have mentioned but for the views and solitude it is necessary I guess! Lots of places to explore close by and not far from Pisa airport. Fabrizio was a wonderful host, the welcome basket was amazing. He was always...

“Wir sind als Familie verreist. Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung! Für die Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, was nicht immer üblich ist. Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und sogar für den ersten Tag für uns eingekauft! Danke Anna! Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, zum Strand braucht es nur wenige...

“Very clean, comfortable house. Very quiet , quaint neighborhood! Beautiful view of the sea, great restaurants around. The property has lemons, orange and pear trees that you can consume if you want. The best part is the owner. Mirca is a beautiful soul, and she cares about your stay, and will go out of her way to make sure your time is pleasurable. She is the best part of this house. ”

“Wir (2 Paare) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienobjekt. Die stadtnahe Lage, am bergigen Rand von La Spezia, war für uns perfekt um von hier aus die Umgebung (Cinque Terre, nördliche Toskana…) zu erkunden. Das Haus selbst hat einen rustikalen und gemütlichen Charm. Vom etwas abseits gelegenen kleinen Pool hat man eine top Aussicht auf La Spezia.”
