“The ad said recently renovated and that's exactly what it was!!!!! Kitchen tiles, countertop, appliances, flooring, window treatments along with bathroom tiles and counter also top notch!!!! Balcony was our favorite b/c that's what we love - relaxing overlooking the beautiful beach. The balcony furniture also top notch, very comfortable. The owner also provides a beach cart, chairs, umbrella and other beach toys. Very convenient!!! The bldg itself was super secure - keys necessary for getting in...
