Splendidi tramonti dal vostro privato Spa, Pool & Dock!

Bellissima unifamiliare 3 Camera casa alla fine di una strada molto tranquilla (punta molto). Molto enorme con un grande e ampia vista sul canale. Guardare il tramonto direttamente dalla piscina, vasca idromassaggio, o il dock. Cucina è stato recentemente aggiornato con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e ripiani in granito. Le grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro offrono una splendida vista sul mare da quasi tutte le camere. Si può godere di un enorme letto king size nella camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato. La seconda camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto ha una coppia di letti singoli con letti singoli estraibili. Un secondo bagno ha una grande cabina doccia. Vi è una full size nuova lavatrice carica frontale ad alta efficienza e asciugatrice. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Ampio patio coperto con un sacco di comodi posti a sedere. Quattro biciclette per adulti, 2 bambini biciclette, 2 kayak (2Seater), e canne da pesca vi aiuterà ad avere divertimento durante il vostro soggiorno.

Perfect Family Stay

We stayed at this home for 4 nights and it was perfect. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, and throughout the house. The beach towels were great to have so you didn’t hVe to pack them. There was beach toys in the garage. We left behind our two boogie boards we purchased to add to the large array of toys. Our kids loved having the pool to jump in at night… and the morning sometimes! Ha! The view of the canal is gorgeous. We even saw stingrays swimming around one evening. Just a great stay all around.

Tranquility with kids is possible!

More than impressed with our stay here. The pool kept the kids busy for hours on end and the list of things to do was never ending. It was beyond what we had hoped to enjoy our 10 year anniversary with our 3 kiddos.

Great relaxing spot

We’ve stayed at Tracy and Susan’s property for a few years and have enjoyed it each time. The location is excellent, end of the street and at the intersection of canals. Great fishing off the dock and very relaxing atmosphere in the pool/spa area. Looking forward to a future visit.

Beautiful home, Amazing Sunsets view.

Beautiful home with fabulous outdoor pool area with jacuzzi, The Sunset view was completely amazing!! . The property has a very practical design and entertainment areas that include board games and others such as kayaking and beach balls that make the outdoor activities more enjoyable. The owners of the property were respectful, responsive and helpful when contacted and we had a good communication. However, they must be more vigilant with the following: Upon our arrival we had to remove accumulated water in the lanai for about 20 min. According to the administrator of the place, it had remained as a remnant of the cleaning. The pool cleaner showed up one of the days in the middle of the day without previous notice from the administrator or the host for a routine chemical cleaning of the pool. The administrator, Mr. Allen Richardson, was contacted about this, who responded in a rude way saying that the addition of chemicals was mandatory at that time. It is completely reasonable for the pool to be sanitized regularly, but this situation generated a problem that could have been easily avoided by just letting the guests know that there would be a routine cleaning that day and finding a best time to do it Property owners were also contacted and they give us a fast solution. Finally, the pool only receives hot water from the jacuzzi, which is configured for a limited use of time and temperature, which are insufficient to heat the pool. Otherwise, property is nicely located, is in very good aesthetic and functional conditions, and allows you to have a great getaway, We really enjoyed our stay apart from the management issues. Lots of good with a little not so much

The location of this rental is great. Pool and hot tub are perfect and overlook the dock and canal. The kitchen is updated with everything you could need. We enjoyed grilling and dining on the covered outdoor space. The master bathroom really needs to be updated - it is borderline gross. Also need new linens - towels ere blue with lots of bleached areas. The outdoor cushions really need to be replaced also. Overall, we enjoyed our time & would return.

Perfect want location

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. It had bikes, kayaks, and the pool/hot tub was amazing. We did pay for it to be heated and it was beneficial. We had our kids with us, aged 8,7, and 3. The house was great for them!

Everything we expected

This property was everything we expected it to be. The pool was great. The location was great. There was plenty of room for all of us. New pots and pans for cooking are probably needed, but they were sufficient. Overall, I'd recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to vacation on Marco Island.

The pictures listed are beautiful but this place in person is just stunning. Everything about being there was absolutely perfect. The owners were so incredibly nice and the location was so close to everything we wanted to do on our trip. Would only ever stay here again on our next trip to Marco Island!

Amazing views & location!

This property has everything you could possibly want! Besides all the things: bikes, scooters, fishing poles, kayaks, games etc…..the view and location can’t be beat! Between the pool, hot tub and the dock we didn’t want to leave! But when we did, everything was within 1-2 miles from the house. We biked everywhere including the beach which makes the stay even more relaxing! The large kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed sipping our coffee and cocktails either poolside or on the dock. I even got in a yoga session right on the dock. A few trips out on the kayaks was very enjoyable. You will not be disappointed with this property!

Wonderful Visit

The property was clean and beautiful. Great layout with lots of amenities for all. Enjoyed kayaking in the canal and the kids stayed in the pool the whole time. Great sunset spot and a short drive to the beach. Well maintained and well supplied. Easy to get in and the owners were extremely responsive to any questions.

Loved the lay out of the house

Layout of house was great for families, quiet neighborhood, well until they decided to tear a house down starting at 7 am every morning , lol which has nothing to do with this property. Would stay here again. Loved the bikes they had for us to use.

The entire experience was awesome. Tracy was an amazing host. The pictures do not do this house justice. When we drive up and walked in we instantly knew we made a great choice. We we definitely be staying here again in the future.

Paradise

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of magical. The pictures do not begin to do it justice. The sunsets out on the lanai were truly stunning. It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. At this property the only two things that you will ever need is food and more time! They have everything that you could possibly imagine, and the property manager is amazing. To be clear we only had to contact the property manager because I had a problem with the VRBO app (which was a VRBO problem) and gaining access. He was very responsive and provided me the entry instructions right away. The owners are an absolute delight to deal with, and if I had remembered that they emailed me the entry instructions I would have had no reason to contact the property manager as everything was better than advertised! The central location of this property is perfect and everything that we wanted was within a 5 minute drive or maybe a 10 minute bike ride (on the awesome bikes that they have at the property). If you are looking for an amazing place on Marco Island I cannot possibly recommend this enough. I would have given 6 starts if that was an option.

Relaxing Home Base

This property made for a nice 'home base'. It was conveniently located near many of the activities we had planned. It was a short drive from the beach and had plenty of space for everyone to come back and spread out and relax after the daily activities. There were enough things to do at the house too, which helped us enjoy the Florida afternoon thundershowers.

Just right!

This property is perfect for a family of four plus a friend. The home is cozy, clean and well equipped. The outdoor patio and pool were a big hit, and the beach is less than a 10 minute drive. We had a terrific vacation. We can't wait to go back!
