Apollo 507: Beautiful Beach Front Condo

Spettacolare condominio al 5 ° piano sulla spiaggia con un ampio balcone privato e una vista mozzafiato su tutta la spiaggia. Completamente rinnovato e rinnovato tra cui nuovi elettrodomestici, letto, divano, poltrona reclinabile, Smart TV, attrezzatura da spiaggia e biancheria di qualità. Goditi un caffè sul balcone mentre ascolti il suono rilassante delle onde e guardi i delfini che nuotano e sii pronto per i tramonti più indimenticabili! Goditi un cocktail e deliziosi piatti presso la Sunset Grille, situata nell'edificio ea pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Questa unità ha un forno a microonde / convezione combinato. L'Apollo offre una grande piscina riscaldata, una vasca idromassaggio, campi da tennis, una sala fitness e un parcheggio coperto.
La QUOTA DI PULIZIA USCITA può aumentare in base alla durata del soggiorno.

C'è un costo di parcheggio di $ 25 e un deposito rimborsabile di $ 75 per l'etichetta del cancello raccolta all'arrivo presso la reception. The condo was very clean. We didn’t cook anything but breakfast but all kitchen needs are there. Our view was wonderful. The unit was quiet and private. We ate a few times at the restaurant attached to condo. Very pleasant to sit, feel the gulf breezes and eat. The pool was wonderful. Security excellent. Laundry and trash shoot on the same floor. This was a wonderful 10day getaway. Thank you!!

Wow!

Beautiful unit with comfortable bed, new great room furniture and stocked kitchen with high end appliances. Very clean! Had plenty of towels and linens which we really appreciated. The view is priceless! Will definitely rent here next time we visit Marco. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location

Really nice condo. A little small but adequate for myself and my husband. Very clean. We liked the fact that the sports bar was right downstairs if we didn't feel like going out. Also great view.

January getaway

Third trip back to Apollo condominiums. Great location and this unit was updated. They made the most of the small kitchen area storage and counter space. Nice to have beach chairs in the closet so we didn’t have to buy our own. Love having restaurant in building for days when you don’t want to go anywhere. Food is always good there. We will be back again. I would recommend this unit!

Just the right size for two

The condo was very nice and seemed clean when we arrived but the next morning we did see a few bugs in the kitchen area. Particularly in the dish washer which really just freaked me out. Also, there were some stains on the king bed. Other than that it was a nice place.

We had a wonderful vacation. Apollo 507 was a great location. We were very disappointed that we were not informed about the amount of noise we were subject to caused by the repairs being made. From 8:30am until 5pm, we could not hear the tv not even think in our room due to the loud vibration in the adjacent room. It was very uncomfortable trying to get ready for dinner after spending a wonderful day on the beach. Not fair to us for the price we paid.

Terrible

Once we paid and signed the contract, we received an email from Marco Island properties, ( like a week before our arrival), telling us there would be some light construction going on involving power washing, sanding and painting. It also noted that it wouldn't effect our condo we rented. Our rental had concrete rock falling on our balcony the whole week and it felt like a train was coming through our rental, between the noise and the shaking of this condo. This was for five days out of our stay and Marco Island Properties were rude and could care less, Andre and Maria both hung up with my wife and I and were unresponsive. Additionally, we had no water for an entire day during our stay....Marco Island Properties told us it was not their fault it was the town's fault. They did offer us a whopping 440$ back which I highly doubt we'll see. They also told us we should have just cancelled and received a full refund. Based upon the letter they sent us a week prior to arriving, it certainly involved a great deal more then "light sanding, painting, and power washing." To be fair, The company did offer a low rent condo off the beach which was a joke. That was not what we paid for. We have stayed in other condos in the Apollo on 4 prior occasions and the Apollo is beautiful. If you have to go through Marco Island Rental properties I wish you the best.

Small unit but very clean. Nice balcony with a beautiful view of the the gulf. The unit provides surf chairs and a large foldable tent. There are also two umbrellas, but neither worked well, use the tent, it gives you a ton of shade. You also have a cart to haul everything back and forth to the beach. It is a quiet area close to both restaurants and shops along with walking distance to the inner bay to rent wave runners or boats. Nice place and a nice area, I would recommend it.

Condo on the beach.

We have stayed on Marco at the Apollo many times and comparitively have found this condo to be above average in every way. Quality furnishings, updated appliances, kitchen and bath. It is the only place that we have stayed that did not include beach towel and extra towel usage without washing the extras ourselves prior to leaving. However, there are laundry facilities on each floor, if available. Overall, we were pleased and would stay in this unit again. Beautiful view!!

Great location and condo

All very good except the internet was hosed the last 4 evenings of our stay. It was obvious someone in the building was using a huge percentage of the bandwidth leaving us with timed out sessions. The rest of the day was fine.

Fantastic location. Condo was updated and perfect. Better than the pictures.

Loved the view. Best sunset every night in Marco. Condo was updated and everything was exceptional. Easy to park and get into the building. Location is amazing and can’t be beat. Close to the best restaurants. Would not change a thing. Bed was very comfortable.

We’ve stayed at the Apollo for many years and have rented several different condos. This one was beautifully set up with modern appliances, and immaculate. We were very happy with this unit and hope to utilize it again in the near future.

Condo was spotless, updated and had everything you needed to enjoy the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, and even beach towels if you didn’t bring your own. Condo is exactly like it is pictured. The bed was very comfortable too. The rental company and the staff at the condo were wonderful. We would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you.
