Le nostre splendide nuove 3 camere da letto personalizzate e una casa con piscina privata a Marco Island si trovano nel quartiere più ricercato e percorribile. La posizione è incredibile - 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia - ea pochi passi dai migliori ristoranti e negozi di Marco Island; Marco Prime, Oyster Society, DaVincis, La Tavola, BeeBe's Ice Cream, Marco Movie Theater e altro!

Lo spazio

La casa è un'opera d'arte contemporanea; l'interno presenta 3 camere da letto, una tana, 3 bagni completi e abbraccia davvero lo stile di vita della Florida con la vita interna-esterna. Dalle ampie camere da letto e dal grande bagno padronale alla cucina gourmet e al sistema audio Sonos non vorrai mai andartene! L'interno si fonde perfettamente con lo spazio abitativo all'aperto. La piscina è riscaldata tutto l'anno e la cucina esterna coperta comprende una griglia, frigorifero, fornelli a gas, lavandino e TV esterna. L'ampio ponte offre ampie zone pranzo e relax; questo è il resort che vive al suo meglio!

Gli ospiti hanno accesso a tutta la casa ad eccezione dell'armadio dei proprietari nella terza camera da letto, ma c'è un grande cassettone per la conservazione degli ospiti

La casa è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per godersi la spiaggia (sedie, asciugamani, ombrellone e carrello da spiaggia per ottenere facilmente tutto lì). Anche la cucina e i bagni sono completamente attrezzati. La tana ha 2 scrivanie, purtroppo dovresti lavorare sulla tua vacanza! C'è un parcheggio per un massimo di 4 veicoli, 2 spazi garage climatizzati e 2 posti carraio.
C'è una TV a schermo piatto in ogni stanza, un 65 "4K con Sonos Sound System nel soggiorno e un 55" con altoparlanti Sonos nel lanai dove puoi guardare il tuo programma preferito dalla piscina (per utilizzare le esigenze dei noleggiatori di Sonos System per scaricare l'app sul tuo cellulare).

Amazing home

We have stayed at many vrbos. This one goes over and beyond any expectations we could have had. The owner has so many thoughtful extras. Everything is immaculately clean & super well organized. If you’re thinking, ‘I wonder if it has..?’ It most likely does with the exception of bikes. Which we rented & were delivered before we arrived.The pool is beautiful & well kept. The lanai is so well laid out and comfortable.We loved having the carts to take the provided chairs, cooler & umbrellas to the beach which is a close walk.The owner is super responsive & kind.Thank you Edward for perfection. 10

Stunning Home & Best Location on Marco!!

This house is gorgeous - exactly as pictured, very clean, modern decor, spacious, completely stocked, beds are so comfortable! We made a full Thanksgiving dinner here and had everything we needed! The kitchen is awesome and beyond fully stocked! The pool was warm, clean, and incredible! The lanai area is like paradise! Sun chairs, pool floats, outdoor furniture, dining table, TV and outdoor kitchen. Watched our Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day while floating in the pool! The owner is awesome - very responsive and terrific to communicate with. Super helpful and so pleasant! Allowed us an early check-in, so kind of him!! The house is one block to the beach, restaurants, and shops and right next to Marco's putt-putt course. You won't find a better VRBO on the island this close to a public beach access!! Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons and games are plentiful in the garage to use for your beach time!! This is an all-around amazing property and experience. By far our favorite VRBO we have ever stayed at! Thank you Edward for an awesome holiday! We will be back!

My first Marco Island stay

The home is beautiful. Lanai and pool area are equally as nice. Master suite and bath were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Plenty of floats and toys for the pool and we used one of the three carts provided to transport beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to the beach which was a brief 5 minute walk from the home. We had to depart early due to Hurricane Milton. But owner, Edward, refunded money for half of the trip. He was very helpful during this stressful time. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses in the kitchen. Plenty of good restaurants close by. I highly recommend this location and plan to return in the future. Owner, Edward, made the entire process from beginning to end a very simple task. Definetly deserved the highest rating!

This property will not disappoint- it is spectacular. Beautiful home, great location and incredibly responsive property manager. House is fully stocked with everything you could need - beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen, etc. I am already looking to book for another stay with my family.

Heaven in Marco

Totally delightful stay. Immaculate house with every thing one could desire (except bikes). Responsive and thoughtful host. Good taste and consideration in every way. Worth every penny. Pool toys and playthings were exceptional. Beach accessories were all one could ask. Pool was in great shape and a delight. 5 star stay.

Amazing!

This home could not be more perfect! The short walk to beach and restaurants is ideal. The home is well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas and the backyard lanai/pool area is like an oasis. There were seven of us in total and it still felt very spacious. Having three full bathrooms made it very easy for all of us to shower and get ready before heading out in the evening. Most nights after dinner, we would enjoy the lanai area with cocktails, music and nightly swims! Eduardo checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything and was very communicative during the whole process. We will definitely rent this home again, if Eduardo will have us! We have stayed in this neighborhood many times, but this home is the crown jewel! The modern decor, location, layout is perfect for larger groups. A real Marco Island gem!

Absolutely beautiful; just like the pictures shown on listing. Short walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided. It was our 2nd time renting this house and hope to return another year!

We were delighted with our stay at this lovely home. It was ideally located for our family vacation - loved the house and the very private pool, with an easy walk to the beautiful Marco Island beach and the shopping center with restaurants and ice cream shop. The owner was quickly responsive to a small pool issue when we arrived and was accommodating and friendly. We would enjoy staying there again!

Perfect Location and Home

This was our first trip to Marco Island and we couldn’t have picked a better house for our family. The house was clean and everything inside was as described on the listing. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool, and bathing. The pool and kitchen were spotless, as was the whole house. The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Would stay here again when returning to Marco.

Great Stay

We have stayed in Marco numerous times and the location of the house is amazing for quick walks to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is great and very well stocked with items needed for the beach. Edward the builder/host was amazing to deal with.. Very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would higher recommend this house and plan to use again the next time we travel to Marco

A bit of Paradise

Having arrived home, I am already missing this vacation rental and all the amenities it has to offer! You will not be disappointed upon your arrival to this vacation destination and from the moment you walk through that door you will already be in vacation mode with everything you need at your fingertips. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances, beautifully furnished living and bedrooms. A sound system throughout the house, an outdoor oasis with pool, sun deck, covered sitting area, and cozy couches. A beautiful beach just a short walk away with all the chairs, umbrellas, floaties, coolers, and carry all wagon you need to for a wonderful stay and a bit of paradise that you’ll find with this home!

Paradise found

To make a long story short, when my wife and I along with our close friends walked into the house we just said WOW! Being a chef, I was delighted by the spacious kitchen and the outdoor grill space ,along with the fact that it was completely stocked with various seasonings, condiments, and pretty much anything else I needed to cook a wonderful meal(especially after attending the Marco farmers market, which is incredible by the way…) The house itself is beautiful and has everything that we needed such as beach accessories, soaps, and shampoo and pretty much anything else we desired. The location is simply ideal -about a five minute walk to many excellent restaurants and right across the street from South Beach(although to be honest, we spent most of our time at the pool at the house. It was incredible.) Highly recommended!

Close to Everything!

The house was awesome! Clean, very well equipped, and a VERY short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the owner because everything was fine, but any questions we asked were answered very quickly. We have already booked the home for next year!
