Esci sul balcone per ammirare il tramonto la sera. Puoi anche vedere i delfini quando guardi nell'oceano. Se vuoi fare un viaggio giù per le scale puoi goderti una lunga passeggiata sulla spiaggia. Hai anche un ristorante situato al primo piano dell'edificio. La cucina è straordinaria, così come il resto di questa casa sulla spiaggia, lontano da casa. Condo was exactly what we were looking for and had everything we needed. Condo was decorated so cute! Great location with beautiful views. Check in and check out was very easy and effortless exactly what we were looking for!

Excellent beach location, the views were stunning. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Restaurant on the premises makes lunch and dinner super easy! Highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Great location, good size for one bedroom. Shower was great and comfortable bed. Plenty of sheets and towels. Beach gear and wagon added plus with separate closet outside unit so sand stays out. Would recommend updating dishwasher but was a great experience and we plan to return.

We absolutely loved our stay. Watching the sunset from the balcony each night was amazing. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and there were lots of little extras to make us feel very welcome. Communication with our host was easy and she responded quickly. Would love to come back!

We stayed here for 5 days for a work respite for my husband :). It was perfect! The size of the unit was perfect for 2 people. It was clean and bright. The view was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Perfect in the mornings to sip coffee and watch the ocean and in the evening with a glass of wine and view the stars. If you like looking for sea shells, this beach is one of the best and I have been to many! Jessica is delightful to work with :).

We loved the location & view from this condo! The building is older but has had many improvements made & was very clean. We enjoyed having a kitchen to use & enjoyed sitting on the lanai with the gorgeous view. Jessica was fantastic & responded to questions quickly. We would highly recommend this property!

The location was perfect right on the beach with Sunset Grill right below us! Sunsets spectacular! Kitchen and bathroom could use some upgrades and it would have been nice to have a dresser with drawers in the bedroom. As it is an older building, tended to be a little musty inside. It was a relaxing 3 weeks for us despite the cold weather but I’m sure we’ll be back to Marco Island!

Working with the property manager was a great experience. The condo itself needs some TLC. Couch is old and dirty and the toilet is great for VERY short people, and the cabinets needed to be replaced years ago. The unit was very clean. Small condo approximately 500-600 sq ft.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Jessica the host was super responsive, we let her know one of her chairs were broke (not by us) she immediately had another chair delivered. We will definitely be back! The room has everything you need! The view is amazing!

Jessica was outstanding! Her customer service was excellent and she made our stay wonderful! The unit was great and a what a view! The beach was relaxing and the sunsets beautiful!

This condo was the Cats-Meow! Loved the balcony! Being able to be on the beach, if we choose or being on the balcony, if we choose was terrific. The kitchen is fully functional and has a coffee maker. The bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and TP, and the shower works nicely. The couch is a pull-out which is a plus as well. Wonderful place to hand your hat for a nice Holiday. Hope to be back again someday!
