Start your vacation mornings by enjoying a fresh cup of coffee on your private beachfront balcony as you view the beautiful wildlife of the Gulf.

This centrally air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to six vacationers.

Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops. Share the meal at the unique round glass-topped dining table.

After the day in the sun, relax on the couch in front of the flat screen TV. Feel free to connect to the wireless internet to search for a popular dessert spot!

Settle in for a restful night sleep in the master bedroom which features a king size bed, built in flat screen TV and a little office space area. You'll have access to the private wrap-around balcony and in-suite newly remodeled bathrooms with both shower and tub. The second bedroom includes two beds and appropriate accents of contemporary decor. Dream of rhythmic ocean waves to swim in or swaying palm trees to lounge under day after day!

Walk down to the community pool area and enjoy a refreshing morning dip. Enjoy a quick workout in the recreation room, play a friendly match of tennis or practice your putting stroke before heading over to the public beach. Finish your day lying out on sugary white sands, walking along the coast or swimming and surfing in emerald waters.

There are miles of soft sandy beachfront and premier amenities to dazzle travelers staying at this pristine 8th floor end unit with wrap-around balcony. Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

This property location makes both land and water activities readily available for guests. All the beach equipment is waiting to accompany you on your short walk to the beach. Search for seashells, enjoy fishing or rent a paddle board from Tigertail Beach Rentals. Travelers can enjoy easy access to numerous waterfront restaurants, spas and great shopping. The condo is situated in South Seas Northwest Towers, the perfect location to take in all that paradise has to offer. Enjoy a game of tennis on the newly renovated tennis courts just across the road or golfers can enjoy an 18 hole course at Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club located a short 15 min drive from our condo.

Getting Around:
During your stay at South Seas Towers, you’ll have onsite access to a variety of day-trip brochures, for opportunities including airboat rides, dolphin watch cruises, deep sea fishing and more!

You’re within walking distance from a string of popular restaurants that provide options for any meal of the day! Grab breakfast at Empire Bagel Factory or Doreen’s Cup of Joe, enjoy American fare at NeNe’s Kitchen for lunch, then treat yourself to a seafood dinner at Fin Bistro.

When you’re not lounging on the beach, head over to the Marco Island Historical Museum and Marco Island Library to learn a little more about the area’s heritage and culture.
