We loved our stay at this unit and would happily return! From the moment we arrived, everything was great. Check-in was a breeze. Because the unit/property is maintained by the Hilton, there is access to the front desk 24/7. The employees were helpful and answered any questions we had about restaurant recs, etc. They even texted us a few times throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. The unit, grounds, and lobby were all impeccably maintained and very clean throughout our stay. The unit is clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and there is great water pressure. The kitchen came adequately equipped for our needs, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a nice convenience. The wi-fi is strong and a member of our party worked remotely (we were even able to access the wi-fi at the pool and beach). The screened-in lanai was great and we saw beautiful sunsets from the unit balcony without worrying about bugs. The amenities and service were excellent, and the pool & grounds were always clean. There is a snack bar that offers inexpensive sandwiches and drinks and there are daily activities (bingo, yoga, pool volleyball, etc). The pool and beach were clean and easy to access and it was very easy to get a chair/umbrella. As far as location, the unit is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a movie theatre. It is also a very short drive to Naples, which we visited on a day trip. Overall, we had zero issues, had zero complaints,
