Paradise Perfection!

Absolutely beautiful home. From the ease of check-in, responsive communication from owner, immaculate cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs & luxury towels, to the beautiful decor this home was perfection. It had all the details I would want in a relaxing stay. From placement of charging outlets for phones, books, outdoor furniture to water toys. These folks have thought of everything to make your stay so delightful. It just felt refreshing! Loved the backyard oasis with gorgeous views. Let’s not forget the spa like master bathroom- it’s gorgeous- a walk-in, huge shower with the prettiest, detailed tile & nice soaker tub. Literally felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel but better! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing staying & sharing your piece of paradise! Highly recommend!!!

NO GARAGE

I've never paid as much as I did for this house in Florida where I was not allowed to use the garage. The homeowners van was parked diagonally across the 2-car garage and property manager basically said, "too bad". Nor was I given a key. I was given a code to the garage, which the property manager said was changed "periodically". I did not feel safe, knowing that the door to the house in the garage did not have a deadbolt and that changing the garage code periodically was NOT safe. Also, 2nd bath drain was plugged. Master bath sink was plugged. Hot tub came with NO instructions and temps were controlled by manager. Kitchen pans were horrible and limited. I have been renting homes in Florida, for over 30 years and this was by far the worse. When I conveyed to the property manager that I didn't feel safe, she didn't offer to come change the garage code...nope, she merely said "I can refund the rest of your money." That would have left me in Florida without a place to stay for another 11 days. All in all, I would move on to another rental unless these these things get remedied.

Perfect Marco Stay!

This house was the perfect place for our family to spend spring break! It was comfortable and had enough space for my parents as well as my family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials we needed to cook Easter dinner and you saved the day by having some vinegar in the pantry so we could dye Easter eggs. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had lots of waves and hellos throughout the week. The house is in a great location on the island for everything. It took less than 10 min to get anywhere we wanted to go. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We loved spending our evenings soaking in the warm water while the kids played in the pool. The garage was stocked with everything (and more) for a fun beach day. Thanks so much for having us, Jenny! We appreciated your responsiveness and are grateful that you shared your beautiful home with us for the week! We’d love to come back someday!

Awesome!

Our family has been to Marco around 10 times and this was our favorite house thus far. There is everything you need for spending time around the house or a day trip to the beach. We loved sitting out on the dock watching the dolphins, fish, etc. The location is great as it is a quiet neighborhood. Cannot say enough positive things. We will definitely be checking availability upon booking our next trip to Marco.

Beautiful home! House was super clean; had everything for the beach (chairs, wagons, umbrellas, toys); quiet location; wonderful pool/hot tub; gorgeous views. We rented a golf cart and drove it to the beach each day (5-10minute drive)

One word: AWESOME

We were at this property in the middle of a massive heat wave in July (the “feels like” temperature was 110 degrees!). So it was amazing to be by the pool where it didn’t feel hot at all. The house is absolutely incredible and we feel incredibly blessed to have stayed here with our family. The views are stunning and I kept asking myself: is this for real? The sunsets are vibrant. Plenty of room in the house for all of us. We had 7. And for those that are sissies like me, the lizards stayed outside of the screened in pool area so I never had to worry about them scurrying by me when I was tanning. Jenny, the owner, super responsive when reached out to. You will not be disappointed if you book this house. We fully plan on returning in the future.

Marco Island Stay

The property was great. Plenty of pool floats, beach toys, chairs, etc for our family of 6. The house is very clean and spacious, leaving plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We will absolutely look for this property again when we come back to Marco next summer!

Beautiful home and very nice owner

This is the third time we have stayed in this beautiful home. It has everything you could ask for and more. It is very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend it for any ages.

Amazing Villa

We had such an amazing time at the Villa. Extremely clean and access was super easy. The pool and Spa were enjoyed by all. Plenty of gas for the BBQ. My son spent most of his time fishing on the boat docked. We can't wait to come back again.

Wish We Could of Stayed Longer

This house was perfect for our family. It offered everything we needed and even had so many little extra things that made us feel right at home. There were games, books, pool toys and everything we needed for the beach. The owner was so accommodating, flexible and personable. We enjoyed our time and wish we could of stayed longer. We will certainly, look to stay here again next time we vacation in Marco Island.
