A piedi dalla spiaggia da questa bella casa 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, ben arredata in toni neutri chiari. Enorme piscina riscaldata con ampio ponte per prendere il sole, esposizione a sud con vista su una baia incantevole. Completamente rinnovato, zone giorno piastrellate, cucina spaziosa, camera familiare. Ottima posizione vicino a ristoranti e negozi ea soli 7-10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Marco Island è una piccola isola (3,5 miglia di larghezza per 6 miglia di lunghezza) sulla costa sud-occidentale della Florida (vicino alle 10.000 isole), le acque calde e calme del Golfo rendono la navigazione un'esperienza piacevole, le bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca e i favolosi tramonti sono ciò che rende speciale il sud-ovest della Florida. Oltre alla nautica, alla pesca e alle spiagge Marco ha anche qualcosa per tutti; fare shopping, cenare, sgusciare o semplicemente rilassarsi.

Puoi noleggiare una barca al porto turistico, prendere una navetta per Key West o fare una crociera al tramonto. Le biciclette sono incluse nel noleggio e puoi anche noleggiare un tandem, uno scooter e esplorare l'isola. Per il tipo avventuroso c'è anche il parapendio, i wave runner, un viaggio nelle Everglades per controllare gli alligatori. I nostri corsi d'acqua sono pieni di buona pesca, molti delfini giocosi e di tanto in tanto puoi vedere i nostri lamantini protetti. Great summer vacation !!!!

The house is beautiful, well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. We have a wonderful time in the pool. We had the chance to see dolphins passing through the dock. Tigertail beach is so close you can walk there. Everything is close, restaurants, supermarkets, stores in a great neighborhood Thanks Arild for such a wonderful vacation!!!

This home was perfect and spacious for our family of 4. The pool/patio was the central hang out area, and the canal/ surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. We were frequently visited by dolphins, iguanas, and other wildlife that made our visit entertaining. Close to nearby restaurants and plenty of activity options on and around the property. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Really wonderful area away from the hustle and bussle of life. Everything is a bike ride away. And the fishing off the back dock is amazing. Caught about 30 fish while we was there. The house also has about everything needed. My family really enjoyed our stay

Wonderfuk

Everything was exactly as described and check in and check out very smooth. Any time we had a question, it was answered quickly! The location was great because we had a car so could easily get around anywhere but also be a bit away from the extra crowded area or spring breakers by hotels. Pool warm and clean, my husband loved fishing off dock and house had everything you needed to cook, go to beach, bike ride (included!) for ice cream and stay comfortably for 5 nights! Loved it and would return again ;)

House was clean and had plenty of open space. Instructions for the house were perfect. Kitchen had everything one needed. Plenty of towels. Pool and canal front was absolutely perfect, although pool became very cloudy by the end of the week. The mid-week pool cleaning was not sufficient. Walk to Tigertail beach was almost 30 minutes because you had to walk around a lagoon first. We actually liked Southbeach better, but parking is tough. Having bikes on the premise was great, but there were no locks so you couldn’t bike someplace to shop or go to the beach. We rented kayaks for the week, which worked out great on the canals. All in all, thumbs up! It was a perfect family vacation.

Perfect Vacation

Perfect house and location for our family get-a-way. Family loved the pool, its bigger than many hotel pools and deeper, big plus for the older kids. Walkable to Tigertail Beach. Everything is so close. House was clean and well stocked with everything needed.

Absolutely gorgeous!

This home is gorgeous! IMPECCABLY CLEAN! I mean IMPECCABLY! Beautiful lay out. Beautiful location. Home is decorated warmly and you feel like you're at home! Perfect Marco Island Holiday

This property is perfectly positioned on the Island for both Tigertail Beach and many restaurants. The house is so well thought out and extremely well appointed. Spotless. Pool and dock face south so you really don’t even need to leave. I mini resort if you will. On top of all that the host it very attentive. Will be back.

Wonderful home!

This home was lovely and immaculate. Spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The outdoor area with the pool was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic first stay in Marco Island!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay here! Check-in was simple, and the neighborhood is quiet with beautiful homes. Upon arrival, we quickly noted the home was INCREDIBLY clean. We appreciated that basic items, such as dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels, were available to use. The outdoor area and pool are stunning and were a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view after spending a day at the beach. There are even a couple of fishing rods to use right off the dock; our son caught a few catfish which was fun. Arild was a top notch host who quickly answered the few questions that we had during our stay. His communication was excellent! We would absolutely rent this home again!

Perfect Marco Island Home

This lovely home is even nicer than the pictures. It's very spacious with two living areas, dining room and modern, well-stocked kitchen. The pool and covered outdoor area is large, the pool is nice and deep. The pool is heated, although it took a few days to get it to a swimmable temperature after a few unusually cold days in Florida. Excellent communication with the host. Home is about .6 miles to Tigertail Beach parking lot, but probably more like a mile to the actual beach. We tended to use our car a lot to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and beaches nearby, but we really enjoyed just relaxing at home in the quiet neighborhood. We stay in at least 3-4 "home rentals" a year, and this is one of our favorites.

The house was so clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The pictures do not do the house justice. The beds were comfortable, and the pool was huge! Will definitely be returning to this home!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at Arild's place for 2022 Thanksgiving week. Very clean house with a great pool. Would have been a 5 star rating but there were some issues with the pool heat and the cable was out when we arrived. Arild did a great job getting those issues resolved to the extent they could by our 2nd day at the house. Thanks for hosting us Arild.
