“The hotel is new and clean and very close to restaurants and also a short drive to downtown. We had a problem with our toilet flush that persisted over 2 days and the plumber needed to come in twice, plus we had to wait out the night without flush which was very annoying. But the hotel staff were friendly and reacted immediately plus Mary at the front desk was very accommodating and offered some good alternatives. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Location was great near the city center and the room was clean and modern. We really liked the rooftop pool and bar and breakfast was good. We only had one issue with the guy at the reception: we have booked a single king sized bed but when we entered the room we realised it was a double queen. When we highlighted the issue to the same guy who checked us in, he rudely replied that it was our mistake and hotel was at full capacity. When we later left for dinner we asked again at reception to a...

“ Struttura molto bella e comoda a centro e spiaggia”

“Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! ”

“Bella struttura in posizione strategica per visitare Naples e con un comodo parcheggio gratuito. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff che ha reso davvero piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Bellissimo il bar/ristorante con vista sulla baia dove siamo stati accolti con un cocktail di benvenuto e abbiamo gustato un'ottima cena al tramonto oltre ad una buona colazione il mattino seguente.”
