La classica piscina sul mare di Marco Island ospita 5 minuti in barca dal Golfo del Messico. A pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e servizi. Questa casa classica è stata ampiamente ristrutturata pensando al lusso e al comfort. Rilassati presso la piscina di acqua salata mentre ti affaccia sull'acqua dal tuo molo privato o resta all'interno e goditi la tua smart TV a schermo piatto da 65 "con WiFi. La camera da letto principale vanta un letto king size con bagno privato e una smart TV da 55 ''. Le altre due camere condividono un bagno con una camera con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. Nuovi ripiani e mobili in granito insieme a nuovi pavimenti, letti, vanità, servizi igienici, elettrodomestici e utensili. Difficile trovare ciò che non è stato sostituito. Tutte le altre aree di Marco sono raggiungibili a piedi, le due biciclette nel garage con i caschi o un giro in taxi molto ragionevole. Non troppo traffico su questa strada senza uscita per aggiungere al fascino calmo e rilassante di Marco Island. Sedie da spiaggia, refrigeratore e ombrellone in garage pronti per la spiaggia. Ho un grande amico con parcheggio gratuito. 2 miglia dal centro della spiaggia! C'è anche un Pac and Play, seggiolone, galleggianti da piscina e giubbotti di salvataggio per 3 bambini. Allarmi sugli slider per farti sapere se i bambini si meravigliano di tornare. Se prenoti per 7 o più giorni ricevi un tour al tramonto gratuito dal tuo truly. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very easy to get in touch with from the moment we checked in to the time we left, if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. The outside porch was perfect for sunrise with coffee to sunset with a cocktail. We had access to the bikes, beach amenities and was in close proximity to shopping center, bar/ restaurant and beaches. We will definitely be back. 10/10 5 Stars

Beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean home with everything you need! Great location and we really enjoyed watching the sunrises and relaxing watching the tides come in and out of the canals. Matt was super communicative and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing time at the Dolphin Bungalow

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Dolphin Bungalow! This was our second year returning, and once again, it was everything we hoped for and more. We brought our jet skis, and our teenagers had an absolute blast out on the water. The quick access to the sea—no long no-wake canal rides—makes it perfect for adventure right from the start. The location is unbeatable for boating, with the beautiful Keyweeding islands just a short ride away. Matt is a fantastic host—always friendly, helpful, and just a text away if you need anything. We’re already counting down the days until we come back next year!

Wonderful place, Exceeded expectations

Our family really enjoyed the place and the location. The weather was wonderful and allowed us to enjoy the pool. The place had everything we needed for a week and had all the little extras such as beach chairs, coolers, fishing gear, and such that are difficult and cumbersome to transport by air or auto.

Home away from home!

Our family of four ( kids 10 and 11) fell in love with this cozy little home! Right on the canal, our entire familyEnjoyed fishing right off the dock (and yes, we caught quite a few)! The pool was perfect for the kids to take a break from the beach. The rooms were SO comfortable and spacious! The bathrooms are updated and perfect!There was plenty of towels, pool toys, beach gear and fishing gear for us to use (including coolers and beach carts) that we were set up for a worryless vacation! This was so very helpful. Matt was amazing and so communicative! He took care of garbage days and gave us plenty of advice for our first go at Marco Island! We were even able to extend one more day which truly was the perfect ending to our stay!Just a short drive to the beaches and down the way from Publix, Snook Inn, Starbucks and more!10/10 recommend staying here! We are already plotting our return!

Great house for a family. Has everything you need for the pool, enjoying the beach, fishing and biking. Kitchen is well appointed so there is everything you need to cook and grill. Highly recommend and would book again.

Bungalow Bliss

My husband and I came upon this property after 2 previous rentals canceled on us. What a blessing! This little bungalow was clean, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, bicycles, pool toys and enough beach items to make every trip to the beach easy. The location is excellent, we could walk and bike to Rose Marina, coffee shops, Annies, The Snook, Speakeasy, 844 and many other delicious and fun establishments. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the view from the pool area and dock is lovely. Matt is a friendly property manager, always helping and offering suggestions. February 2024 was an awesome vacation!

This property was a great property to stay at. I normally stay in Marco Island twice a year always memorial weekend, and Labor Day weekend. House was very clean close to everything definitely would reserve again.

A-1 property and owner.

Love this property. Matt was by far the best owner we have dealt with on The Vrbo or Home and Away website. Quick to address our concerns or questions. Being the first time on Marco Island his recommendations made our stay so enjoyable. The house was so comfortable even though we spent most of our time when we were there on the Lania, pool or the back dock. Everything you need for the beach If you decide to go and definitely bring the beach cart with you since it is a good walk from the parking areas . Will definitely rent one of Matt’s properties on our next visit. A Plus experience

A Place To Be

Great family vacation from top to bottom. This vrbo has it all from beach chairs and toys to enjoy the white sandy beaches with the kids. To a wine opener to enjoy a glass of wine on the back patio with the beautiful sunsets. Matt was easy to work with and always easy accessible when you had a question. Can’t beat the amenities this vrbo has. We will definitely be back.

Excellent visit!

Matt was an amazing host and his property was perfect in every way! Plenty of space, very well appointed home for travellers flying into the area (ample kitchen, plenty of beach gear), and an amazing pool and dock view. We appreciated all the communication, found the home to be very convenient to all of the Marco Island goings-on, and would love to visit again! 10 out if 10 recommend :)

Great place to get some rest and enjoy outdoors activities

The house is well equiped and Matt very helpfull. Bikes are available to go around, the neighborhood is very pleasant to visit aswell as beaches where you can go with the Beach chairs available in the garage. Perfect place at the Perfect time for us with a great weather.

Great and Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean (probably one of the best we've stayed at through VRBO). The saltwater pool was nice (kids liked it, although it isn't very large). There was a nice patio to eat outside each night. Location is good. Overall, we were very pleased and hope to return in the near future if it's available.

Wonderful stay!

We had a blast on our Marco trip! Location was very close to everything! Restaurant 3-5 min away!! We took our boat and had such a relaxing time. House was truly amazing and had so many water toys to chose from. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you so much!!!
