  • Questo eccezionale 4 camere da letto / 2. 5 bagni casa unifamiliare si trova sulla baia di Caxambas con rara vista senza ostacoli, perfetta per guardare la ricca fauna della Florida come delfini, lamantini, iguane, tartarughe e pellicani da destra accanto alla piscina. Questa casa si trova in un punto estremamente tranquillo dell'isola che a volte sentirai i delfini in crociera prima ancora di vederli, eppure sei ancora a breve distanza in auto oa 15 minuti in bicicletta dalle spiagge e dalle aree del resort di Marco Island. Puoi portare con te il tuo miglior amico peloso se desideri che questa casa sia adatta ai cani, verrà applicata una tassa aggiuntiva di $ 250 per animali domestici non rimborsabile.

    La casa vanta una grande piscina e una grande area lanai con esposizione al sole del sud per intrattenere con viste mozzafiato sull'acqua. Una griglia propano per cenare e una cucina gourmet con un sacco di spazio per accontentare lo chef del gruppo. C'è un posto di sabbia rilassante vicino alla casa che può servire come la propria spiaggia privata vicino all'acqua con sedie a sdraio e un pozzo del fuoco. Puoi persino pescare direttamente dal nuovissimo molo con la possibilità di permettere a una barca di legare, questa casa offre tutto il necessario per rilassarsi al sole e goderti le viste fantastiche!

    La master suite offre un grande letto king size con vista sull'acqua e accesso diretto al lanai e all'area piscina con un bagno padronale privato. La seconda camera da letto offre un letto matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto e vista sull'acqua, la terza camera da letto ha due letti queen size e una TV a schermo piatto mentre la quarta camera da letto è dotata di 2 letti singoli e di una TV a schermo piatto. Ci sono due divani letto queen size nella zona giorno per eventuali ospiti aggiuntivi e membri della famiglia che vogliono taggare lungo!

Great Place

Was a great place to stay. Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Saw plenty of wildlife out back and caught plenty of fish from the docks. Will stay here again when we come back to Marco Island.

The pool was beautiful. The water temperature was perfect in Nov. Fishing on the dock and get hot. Pool was refreshing without freezing.

What a perfect layout and view! We find a new city every year and the view and feel of the home already has us wanting to come back next year. Truly a great and well thought out set up! A+++!

Family Vacation

We absolutely LOVED this property. The privacy and location are so unique. The house layout was absolutely perfect for our family of adult/teenage kids and grandparents that came with us. This house is fully stocked with everything! We rented a boat for a few days and the boat dock was amazing. Morning coffee watching the water and evening fires on the sand are breathtaking . We would definitely come back.

This was our second year here and we love the lanai, pool & view, it is awesome.Although they never came to clean the pool til Friday, which I feel they should have been there before that and I did make the real estate aware of this!The house could use some updates, which I suggested last year and NONE of that was done.Everything still the same. The one bathroom has no where to put your stuff in the shower. Location is very nice, a quiet neighborhood and no one real close to the property.The ice maker worked but not real great!One thing that is nice your not to far from the Publix.

Great location, great house and layout and the pool was perfect. The only drawback was the very limited kitchen supplies especially when cooking for 12 (pans, silverware, storage bowls. In the grand scheme, the lack of kitchen ware had little impact on our stay but you might want to bring some larger cookware if you have a large group. Other than that, this home will not disappoint.

Watching the dolphins everyday was amazing.Pool was awesome!The house was not very clean. There were sunflower seeds everywhere. The bikes were broken and we never got to use them. The back gate was broken.

Memories

We loved this house and location. The house is comfortable. The fishing was amazing. It’s quiet. No one drives by. We caught grouper, sharks, snook, and snapper. We hooked tarpon. We have manatee and dolphin swim by. It was an absolute paradise.

Great Location - Needs some repairs done

Great location and super easy check in process. Their were several items that needs to be addressed. Broken beds, broken patio furniture, beach towels are old, kitchen pots/pans are in need of replacement, one of the bathrooms need water pressure fix (also should consider updating it) and dryer takes almost 2 hrs to dry for a medium size load.

Paradise

It is an older house but set up beautiful. We had plenty of room, and lots of extra towels and blankets. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect. We had a boat delivered to the house and the dock was great. We saw dolphins daily, and gopher turtles when the sun was out. On one walk we saw a bobcat. The views of the Gulf of Mexico were incredible. The property manager was great and efficient. Would recommend this place for sure

Pool party!!!

The kids really enjoyed the pool! It was nice having an outdoor shower and outside access to one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was not stocked well. One of the pull-out couches was broken. Boaters cut pretty close to our dock while our fishing lines were out. The neighbors were rude.

Overall about what we expected. There were a few problems; roof leaks above kitchen, the refrigerator freezer did not cool very good. It could have been a lot cleaner, the cleaning people did not do a very good job. It is an older home that could use some updates.

The most amazing week ever!!! I knew this home was in a great location but I had no idea that I would see hundreds of birds (about 15 different species) fly past the house, feet away, every single sunrise and sunset!!! Just like clockwork, starting about 20 minutes before. As an avid bird photographer, this was incredibly special! Oh and there is a pair of osprey that greet every sunrise on the palm tree next door, just fantastic! If you’re a boater, this is also the perfect house! With two tides a day, mooring our boat has been a pain in the past but not at this house, the amazing dock raises and lowers with the tide. You just pull in, secure your boat to the cleats and don’t worry about anything else!! It’s in the perfect location to get anywhere around Marco and the 10,000 islands area! The most spectacular shelling too!! The house itself was perfect, with the most comfortable bed we’ve had at a rental house. We had everything we needed with a beautiful view out of every back window. My husband and I have had some very special vacations and this is a top one for us both! Thank you for suck a special week!!!

Family Vacation

This property and location satisfied all the needs of our group! It is located in a quiet neighborhood for the most part. There was some neighborhood construction at the time. The pool was well maintained and the dock perfect for the rental kayaks. The kitchen is perfectly situated between the two living rooms so no one is ever left out. The property offers an abundance of towels, chairs and accessories for the beach and pool. The only issue we had was that both sleeper sofas could not be used at the same time because they are in the same living room. Overall, everyone agreed it was a wonderful place and we would love to return next year

We were 4 couples. We all loved this place, being on the bay, having the pool, was great!The house needs a little attention…The pillows not so hot.Dishwasher was broke, but they did tell us it was ok to use and it did get the dishes clean.Would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms.Also the one bathroom would have been nice to have something in the tub/shower to put our stuff on.All this being said,, we loved our time there and we actually hope to come back next year.Hopefully some of these things will be corrected by then.We saw dolphins and did some fishing, was nice to have fishing rods there.Also, we loved the lanai and ate all our meals there.I would definitely recommend this house!

We come to Marco twice a year. First time we've stayed in this particular house. We bring a boat and spend most of our time fishing and exploring islands. If you don't mind keeping your boat in the water, the floating dock here works great. Also, the access to the primary waterway is excellent. The view here is exceptional. The only drawback: the house is a little dated. We don't spend a lot of time inside, so its not a big deal for us. The pool does not have a Lanai. We've stayed at a few now with no Lanai and it has never been an issue. I think Marco sprays for bugs on the regular. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
